Fandom Radio- Wednesday, April 4
Two days and I haven't had a single kid call me Mom or tell me 'no' about something. This really is the life. The only thing is I actually have to pick the remote up and change the channels myself. That doesn't seem okay to me anymore.
So let's move on to the smaller stack of notes than usual, shall we?
SCHOOL
Over at school, which seemed quieter, Fugitivity was talking about when it's okay to kill someone. I say whenever they annoy you, but I might change my mind if I got arrested for anything like that. They got a scenario to decide what they would do, and wasn't this the class where they were really good at threats? I think there'd be a lot of hypothetical dead bodies after that. Polar Opposites paired up to debate public vs. private schools, and I hope you all remembered that you didn't have to pay for your spring break. Debate won.
Anakin was plotting your doom- again- and then I got to remind him of a certain visit to a certain planet less than a million years ago.
And in... Oh, that's it for that second? Is everyone sleeping in after the weekend? Yeah, can't blame you.
DORMS
DaneedsProzactoday was depressed and playing with her phone, whereas Jacon and Caroline don't even know if their kids are possible but look at it this way: going without kids means you can still be selfish! There's no bad there. Boy Sam was also brooding and then he and Natalie talked about why their kid bothered them.
Apparently everyone worth taking notes on was a teenager depressed about not having kids. Saying it that way makes it feel like a Maury episode.
Oh, wait. Petra was cheering for a beauty pageant contestant and Rilla was advertising a charity fashion show today. I guess I'll be picking up popcorn on the way there. And thank you both for not being depressing.
TOWN
Jack Priest went to Ronan's house to tell Emma he wants a real relationship, and it doesn't seem like he got shot down? So there's that. Millie was listening to talk of visiting kids at the clinic, Mary was finding jelly beans all over the Arms and I was not thinking I was going to read a note like that today. And at Caritas, Kitty was trying to find out about the kids from Tino, but instead she got Seifer and Cara both in there to drink.
Think of it this way, Fandom: without kids, you have more money. You stand a hundred percent less chance of being kicked in the shins and a smaller chance of being sassed when you're trying to be serious. Silver linings: look for them.
Now if you excuse me, I'm going to not be here anymore.
