Fandom Radio [Friday, March 16, 2012]

Good morning, Fandom! Rilla Blythe here--not that you might realize that because there's a bit of fog outside.

*chittering*

And I'm on the radio and you couldn't see me anyway, yes.

In classes, Elements of Friendship celebrated the last day of winter--did we really have a first day of winter?--where they could sweep away snow, build birds' nests or plant trees. Ethics gave back their children, which is definitely not the parenting I'm familiar with, and Sea Life was cancelled due to a family emergency. How terrible! Superheroing learned how to deal with fans askeing for autographs and such, and Mr. Kaplan was in the library preparing for his date when he wasn't finding random things behind the desk. I don't suppose you found Jims' bear back there? Or Mister Carrick's light-thingie? He lost that in his office today.

The lovely ladies of the sorority--

*chittering*

I don't mean just me. That would be horribly vain--ANYWAY we were planning for a crush party for next Friday! Look for your invitations in the next few days! Miss Logan suggested a beach theme, and Miss Edison assured her that we wouldn't need Miss Jones's help as a bouncer. It's just a small party, I can't imagine it becoming that crowded. And Miss Fabray and Miss Edison decided that we would give something nice to any girls whose boyfriends are invited to the party without them, as we aren't trying to steal their--

OF COURSE WE'RE NOT GOING TO DO THAT

--and Miss Edison watched Jims for me while I searched for his bottle because things kept disappearing yesterday. It was very irritating.

In the dormitories, I wasn't the only one missing things. Lady Daenerys had misplaced an enitre dragon, and I came by the common room to see if Jims' bottle had ended up there--I think the thing had legs and moved yesterday--and Mr. Bartowski admitted he was missing things as well, but was sure that his roommate hadn't taken them, since his roommate is Mr. Wayne and Bruce would never steal things.

Queen Karla was tearing her room apart looking for Mr. Worthington's stuffed bear--you have a stuffed bear? That's adorable! Queen Karla should be more careful with your possessions--and he was not pleased to discover she'd misplaced it. Well, of course he wasn't. Miss Raven paid a call as well and was confused about what sort of stuffed bear Queen Karla was looking for--she was imagining some sort of hunting trophy. Miss Logan was on the roof using very unladylike language when Mr. Wayne found her, and she confessed to not being a roof-loitering type before bringing up the sorority's party. Ooh, yes, Mr. Wayne must come!

*snickering*

Stop that. I don't have a crush on Mr. Wayne. He's just excellent company.

In town, Miss Scully wasn't pleased to discover the clinic was missing supplies, and the play-actors were rehearsing the first act at the Boards. Miss [Kenzi's last name] wanted to know who Mr. Starsmore had turned into over the weekend, and learned from Mr. Kaplan that he'd been very rude to Mr. Brink. Miss Millie was reading at the book store, and Miss Maclay couldn't find the key to open the magical store, and then Miss [Kennedy's last name] paid a call but couldn't find the list of things she wanted to give Miss Maclay and Miss Maclay couldn't find the books she wanted to give Miss [Kennedy's last name]. Mr. Murdoch couldn't find his hat--oh, William, that's terrible!--and Miss [Kenzi's last name] had Ides of March related drink specials at Caritas.

Hmph. I don't think Brutus would approve.

That's all I have for notes today! Enjoy your weekend, Fandom. Do try to stay yourselves this time, all right?
