Fandom Radio, Saturday, March 3rd

Topher: You look tired.

Peter: And you look like you haven’t seen the sun in five months. Can we please move on and get this over with?

Topher: For your information, I went outside yesterday. I had to pick up a package. So -- okay!?

Peter: Whatever. Notes. Get reading.

SCHOOL

Topher: In Everyday Skills, the teacher was an octopus, which is kinda the best animal transformation I've ever heard of. They watched a musical, gross, and Peter was not impressed. 'Cause... musical.

Peter: Yes. Musical.

Topher: In Leadership, they learned about how to get along with people you don't like. Thaaaaat's dumb. They got partners, probably ones they don't like, and then had a water balloon relay. And there were TAs and stuff.

In Art of Scrap, they were making masks, which is kinda weird because masks are creepy. And then at the end they showed them off. And Claudia thought they were creepy too. See? That's what I'm saying.

Peter: Yes, I heard.

Topher: In the library, that British kid read a penguin book. Ooh. Penguin books are awesome.

And at Student Council, they talked about having a game of dodgeball -- no no no no no absolutely not. No dodgeball. Ever. No.

Peter: I’m not surprised you have trauma there.

Topher: Balls hurt.

Peter: *pregnant pause* I’m just going to leave that there.

DORMS

Topher: So, first of all, Lex turned into an otter and Cara turned into a chipmunk. Gross. And I was in my room catching up on comics, 'cause they're awesome, and -- did you guys seriously have to write about the Doritos?

*chittering*

Topher: Plenty of people eat them!

Peter: Yes, nothing’s wrong with Doritos. Moving on.

Topher: Aaanyway. Then Peter was in the third floor common room, playing... some game with a map against himself. Which makes him cool. Really.

Peter: Nothing wrong with exercising your brains from time to time. Try it.

Topher: Hello, that's what video games are for. Quinn came by and talked about how his roommate disappeared again -- he did? Awesome! -- and classes and stuff. DaI'mnotpronouncingthat asked how the game works and Peter explained it to her. Darcy asked that girl from before about her dragons and how big they're gonna get and actually I wish you guys had written down the answer 'cause now I wanna know.

Peter: Topher, get a move on!

Topher: Rapunzel seemed confused by how Peter could be both winning and losing. Okay, um, not that hard to get? And Darcy asked her a bunch of girl questions about her hair, pfft, and then talked to Peter about his hair care treatments. Seriously? Peter doesn't do stuff with his hair.

Peter: Which I explained to her, so you don’t have to.

Topher: Then That Girl Peter Had Sex With was there and joined in the game and ewww I don't like her.

Peter: Name a girl you do like, and Kenzi doesn’t count.

Topher: Sam! Kind of. Claudia?

Peter: When you have to phrase it like a question, it doesn’t count.

Topher: FINE. And then Ben came by and they talked about how of course Peter would try to take over the world. I don't get it.

Peter: It’s Skywalker. Don’t expect sanity.

TOWN

Peter: Bod kicked off his usual shift at Cafe Luke’s by wiping down the counters, when suddenly my brot viher walked in to catch up. Is he friendly with everyone in this town? Anyway, the result is that Ben gets a delivery of food from Cafe Luke’s from Ender and they talk of the benefits of Risk where it comes to military strategy. Huck it up. Yes, you, Topher, for thinking your video games are somehow superior to Risk in any way.

Topher: Um, 'cause they are?

Peter: Video games are more about reflexes than tactical thinking. But whatever, it doesn’t really matter.

Topher: Says you. Who's never played one.

Peter: I don’t need to. Eric dealt with another ornery DJ at the Devil’s Nest, Hope made sure Turtle and Canary was clean, and Kenzi settled on a Greek theme at ‘Dite’s. Okay, we’re done now, let’s go.

Topher: Fine, fine. Push--

*door slams*

Topher: --y.
