Fandom Radio, October 25

I feel like I should have an amusing anecdote or lead-in or something to start this off. But I don't. So deal.

Oh! Except that I think my brain might still be a little vibratey after this weekend not dirty.

Edumacation

Over in the place where we learn- theoretically, anyway- Astronomy learned about Saturn, which alarmed Luke a little. Personally, Saturn always creeped me out. Maybe it's just because I don't trust plastic cars and there's an association there. Hunting went looking for the Big Bad Wolf, with Daddy Winchester making Bel stay after class. Ooooooh, you're in troooouble... Except probably not really. Internet for Dummies created their own E-mail addresses and spammed each other. Guess they couldn't wait for the actual spammers. Don't worry, guys, you'll be getting Viagra ads before you know it.

World Religions discussed Judaism and Islam, US Government talked about the Cabinet and what position we'd like to have. I still say I want to be in charge of the money without having to do anything for it. Political Campaigning took a midterm and ran for the Pennsylvania senate. ...May the best person win.

Aly, Ellie, and Professor Jesse had office hours, with Billy stopping by to see The and Janice. The office, as usual, was open like an open thing, though the workers probably wished everyone would just go away.

The library was quiet, with Door asking Bridge about building things. And Naomi had lunch. There's the quiet section of our day.

Clubs saw cheerleading both chatting and working, and Damn the Man talked and worked on a food petition. I assume that's a petition for getting food somewhere that it's not, not a petition made from food.

Living Conditions

In protest news, Blair had a sign declaring that all beings have rights. The spider I killed this weekend had a right to be squished. Shut up. It did. Cally disagrees with the slogan, as do Schrodinger and the Doctor, who apparently got kinda detailed. Blair told Daddy WInchester how to get drawings off someone's face, not that I know who that would be, and not that I had anything to do with it. English Pony told Blair there's a break next week. Blair has to make other plans now.

Pippi and Nadia took care of Walter, who's... not doing so awesome, Parker sent E-mail, Ranma made lunch for Chad, and Zero and Parker headed off to get band stuff. And now's the point where I'd feel the need to make a snarky comment, but I actually like the band, so there goes that.

Happy birthday Rory! Who got a mystery delivery and visits from Cally, Luke, Bridgey, and and me! She gets the frog, that's all I'm saying. Also, happy belated birthday to English Peter, who gets his name back just because of the birthday thing. He celebrated with Willow, and awwwwww. And happy future birthday to a someone who was getting apresent wrapped, which I'm not sure I'm supposed to be saying who, because then expectations get built up and you're all "Oh my god, they got me a pony!" and then the time comes and it's totally not a pony. So happy birthday to you, whenever it is!

Out and About

Professor Roslin woke up and did some thinking. Not that I know how the squirrels knew that. Maybe they are psychic squirrels. Let that thought haunt your waking moments. Caritas was pretty quiet, with Lorne singing and needing a drink. And Zuko's in the clinic, getting a visitor during the day, while Pippi and Walter came by in the evening.

Anders popped by Sparky Repairs to fix a coffeemaker, and I can't help but think that's bad PR for ABC Damage Control. I do have them in my speed dial, shut up. My toaster talks, people. Clark bought the paper at Giles' shop, Baldrick "took inventory" at All and Sundries, Chad was in a good mood at Empire Records, Chrono tried to cheer up Rosette- cheer up, emo nun!- and Cafe Fina was infested with bad hair. Eek.

It was also Movies in the Park night. Wilson and Aziraphale had a lil picnic, Chrono dragged Rosette there with some wine, Billy hung out, Jim joined a quiet Lana, Clark and his duck made an appearance, Marty and Angela were cute and Parker said hi, Alanna, Anders and Isabel joined Parker, Isabel protected Greg's California sensibilities with snuggling, and when there wasn't snuggling- I hope-Isabel and Alanna talked about the weekend. Wow, people. Can't we just be glad it's over?

Much like this broadcast. Bye!

Kawalsky was reading a magazine as he listened to the radio. "Kawalsky has no Viagra ads. Kawalsky needs no Viagra ads."

Thankfully no one else was around where he was listening, because that crossed over into the realm of TMI.
