Fandom Radio, August 9

Good evening, morning, afternoon or whatever time you're listening to the podcast. Not that I actually care what kind of day most of you have, but whatever. On rare occasions, I play nice.

Edumacation

Have I reminded everyone that it's summer yet? Gah.

Kludge's Guide- who's Kludge, by the way? Does he go here?- got to pilot ships, which I have done in flight class! Kind of. Photography did their thing, as did Astronomy, and Stealth and Deception picked locks. Oh, that's easy. And Jewelry practiced sol-der-ing. Whatever that is.

In the cafeteria, Cally had a muffin for lunch. *long silence* I swear to god that's what my notes say. I take no blame and/or credit.

Living Conditions

Everyone was all active today. Wtf, people, summer is for lazing. I have been trying to tell you that since May and you never listen. Jamie and Aeryn went for a run, and the gym was all active today. Nadia beat up a practice dummy and explained about that to Conner. And Connor and Dawn beat each other with sticks. You can do that in the gym? Everyone I hate, meet me in there tomorrow morning. English Peter and Dawn discussed hitting people with arrows, and Nadia told English Peter about waitressing and spy training. I'd rather be a waitress. Spies are expected to do stuff. Waitresses just shouldn't put out their cigarettes in the food.

In the evening, Pip and Seras worked on fighting stances, and Tyler did crunches.

Cute Sam had a nightmare, which kind of always amazes me when my notes say stuff like that. Maybe they implant something in our brains upon enrollment? I demand an expose. Bridge and Xander made camping plans, and Dawn and Dean broke up, aww. If you both find little travel-sized bottles of vodka outside your door tomorrow, that was me.

Lana hung out on the fourth floor, telling Maia about her trip away, and getting a present from Tim. People should bring me more presents. Preferrably things without faces. I'm just sayin'.

Isabel is leaving town for a little bit, and so far Jack and King Dork stopped by. Willow and English Peter were all cute and adorable on the beach, and in the I-have-the-worst-timing-ever vein, Dawn told Molly about the Dean breakup. Ack. But then there was the little yellow robot thingie and that makes everything better, right?

Out and About

At Cafe Fina Nadia learned how to be a waitress. Pssst! New Girl! I have some ideas, we can totally talk. And at Caritas, Dean told Alec about the breakup, and Jane met Jarod when looking for more bourbon. On paper, it sounds like Jane's having a good night.

Marty gave Jarod some packet at the Sin, and at the clinic, Tommy cleaned dead fish out of his locker- ew- while Natalie had a latte. I'm assuming fumigator, or at least a lot of air freshener, came before that.

Elliot and Dr. Cox snarked at each other at the Perk, and All and Sundries was kinda busy, with Seras helping Pippi find a dress, and then Sister Rosette came in for a soccer ball, which is awesome on a lot of levels. And then Ivanova had one of those cases of mistaked identity that you get in Fandom, and Seras and Hamlet discussed the last weekend and why he needs makeup.

Sister Rosette put the soccer ball to use in the park, hitting Jane onna head with the ball, and then Nadia came over to play. Alec and I hung out at the beach, which is so the ideal way to spend an afternoon, and Jay and Silent Bob asked Tim who the sidekick was in that relationship. Well, Jay asked. Silent Bob was presumably silent.

That's all from me. You're all weird, except not really today. Later.
