Fandom Radio, Thursday, November 3rd

Good morning, Fandom! Peter Wiggin here for WTFH radio, bringing you all the news that's not fit to print, so we read it on the air instead. Hold on to your hats, because we've got an exceptionally short stack of notes for you!

SCHOOL

Let's be weird and kick this off with a library message: Gabrielle checked through the philosophy aisle after opening up .

Strange Creatures of the Deep kicked off our class conga line. The squirrels assure me that though the class saw some sea creatures pretty up close and personal, no one got eaten by anything with really sharp teeth and a nasty disposition. Good work on that, guys! Elsewhere, people didn't care as much for the thrill of a good life-or-death situation; it was Movie Day city, starting with Tricks, Cons and Bamboozles which featured the teacher's favorite movie. The Arts of War and Peace took the same approach, although their students got a better class of service, with treats and pillows and everything you need for the whole luxury experience. The movie got watched, and its tactics were spoken of. It sounds highly educational.

In non-movie-day news, Jamie Madrox was inspired by the question, 'how many licks does it take to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop'. I hope someone took pictures, since I'm sure all those students were very diligent about the Science. Look, Claudia even went up to Professor Madrox to challenge his scientific method - I see a promising future in peer reviewing for one bright young thing.

DORMS
What did you guys get up to? Not awful much, as it turns out. Ramona dyed her hair green, which lured a Topher into her room mostly to observe. Such things as 'your hair is now green'. Ramona, being a giving person, decided to help Topher relax. See, kid? It ain't so bad. Sam-of-the-male-persuasion spent some time repairing his pristine skateboard - everyone needs a hobby - while Daenerys celebrated her birthday with lemon cakes and spiced honey. Happy birthday, your highness.

TOWNIES

And that's all you did. Now, taking us back to the fine world of commerce, Quinn tackled a bunch of surprise locksmiths today - that's 'in a way of speaking', not literally, folks - while Lion-o spent his time at Luke's Diner preaching the joys of All Hallow's Eve, everyone's favorite holiday. Shira unpacked the inventory at the Magic Box, and Nathan threw peanuts at the zombies. While drunk. It's his thing.

But that's pretty much all you guys did yesterday. Have a good one, and check in again tomorrow!
