Fandom Radio- Wednesday, September 28
Gooooood morning, everyone! This is Annie Edison, your WTFH reporter and new Student Council President. Well, Co-President. I should be accurate there.
But I've been dying to say that since Friday.
Anyway. News, shall we?
SCHOOL
Before Ethics class today, Kenzi was trying to figure out why Peter was moping, but he said he was just wondering how Professor Skywalker was doing after the Madrox class last week. If I can just say, by the way, that that was all against our wills. If anyone denies this, they are on their own. We had a lecture about Immanuel Kant and... Oh hey this squirrel has opinions on Kant. Who knew? We discussed his philosophies and had a little hypothetical scenario to answer. Bringing Literature to Life- Through Violence! talked about the art of camouflage, and then they hid in the woods so the teacher could hunt... them down.
Um. I think I need more details. Were there weapons involved? Does anyone have the school board on speed dial?
And moving on to Surviving the Zombie Apocalypse... Does anyone but me ever wonder how this place gets funding? They also got to camouflage themselves, but as zombies. And then walk around zombies. Sadly, that one doesn't worry me as much as the hunting thing because I already walked with zombies for a class assignment. I will do weird things for an A.
In completely opposite news, Kappa Delta Gremlin met and because we want the school to look its best, we made welcoming banners. Elphaba wasn't a fan of glitter, so she and Sov talked about flaming banners instead. Here's why flaming banners won't work: because they'd be flaming. I'm just saying, glitter is a tried and true thing for a reason. Sov and Quinn also tried to figure out how to get all the glitter off themselves, but I'm beginning to think it's a lost cause. I'm still finding glitter and I've showered since.
And to finish off this section, Rinoa was doing research in the library while Professor Creed worked on class-
I just found more glitter. Guys... how?
DORMS
It was a quiet day in the dorms today. I think it's because everyone was practicing their hiding for the weekend. Percy ordered a pizza, but got a Luke, too, and they talked about TV and who's coming for the weekend. I'm figuring that'll be a popular subject this week. Call me crazy.
Um. Maybe don't actually call me crazy?
Dane-er-is- I still feel like I'm saying that wrong- took her horse out for a ride and groomed it, and Dave practiced his skills for the recital on Saturday! That's right, Student Council is taking signups for you talented bunch to show off for all our guests this weekend! Look for the posters to go up for details, or grab one of us if you're impatient. I know I would be.
TOWN
Raven spent her shift at Dite's watching Rumor Gal, and she didn't seem too happy with the ending. No, faithful Rumor Gal viewers, I am not giving spoilers. Because they weren't included. Mary had some invoices for logs at the Arms... which makes me wonder what the Arms had planned for our family members. Hermione took on some extra work at Cabot and Associates, Cassidy seemed excited to start work at Book Haven, where Ender came for a hug and some catchup time. And I just found glitter on a squirrel. Of course I did.
That's all I've got. Good luck with the weekend, everyone, and don't forget Saturday!
