Fandom Radio: Friday, August 19th
Jack: Good Morning Fandom! This is Jack Carter.
Columbus: And I'm Columbus Ohio. And this is the eyewitness morning news report.
Jack: Technically we really didn't witness any of these events.
Columbus: No, but the squirrels did.
Jack: Of course they did. With their beady little eyes.
Columbus: Maybe we should call it the beady eyewitness news.
Jack: I'm thinking we should just call it the news and get on with it.
School!
Columbus: Kicking of the day was Deadpool's Talking as a free action where apparently the teacher isn't a dingo, the pirate might have lice and everyone had to talk about their happily ever after.
Jack: Then in Teambuilding For Dummies, Oz had the class plan a heist and steal... Cake? Seriously?
Columbus: The cake is a lie.
Jack: Cake doesn't lie. It's a cake. It's delicious and covered in frosting.
Columbus: Still a lie.
Jack: And you're seriously weird. Moving on?
Columbus: Moving on. Finally there was Cupcake War Crimes where the assignment was to bake a cupcake that reminded the students of an aspect of Fandom.
Jack: Did anyone bake a cupcake that looked like a straight jacket?
Columbus: No but Momoko was sad that the summer was over as was the baking while Stark and Anders looked on.
Dorms!
Jack: Then in the dorms, everyone seemed to be dancing. Kate was in her room shaking her groove thing while Miley was up on the roof doing some "Jazzercizing." Apparently when Fred came up they both scared each other and then Miley agreed to help with iCarly since Sam was a... badger.
Columbus: Is there a reason why the vein on your forehead is throbbing?
Jack: Nope. Not at all. Kenzi showed up to talk to Miley about some award and nakedness and then Kenzi told Fred about her experience as a Raccoon.
Towns
Columbus: The dancing continued in town as Millie was having a good time at the Book Haven. Over at the Gig the horses were having a good time courtesy of Helen. Over at the community center Jack Sparrow continued to rip off the food network with his own version of the "Chopped" show while Jaina and Eric had a date at Fast Eddie's. Unfortunately not everyone was cheerful in town. Scully was dealing with some lingering monster issues at the clinc and Fraser wasn't digging the new black and white environment across the causeway. Then over at Caritas, Chuck was doing some business work when Hook stopped in for a drink.
Jack: Are we done? I need to contact animal control about a badger living in the dorm.
Columbus: You should really go to the clinic and get that throbbing vein looked at.
Jack: Oh. I think animal control will take care of that. Everyone have a good morning! Until next week, this Jack Carter
