Fandom Radio, Wednesday July 13th
Jack: Hello Fandom! This is Jack Carter and I'm no longer a dog.
Columbus: Wait. That was you last week?
Jack: This is my co-host, Columbus Ohio who is completely clueless.
Columbus: I wouldn't say clueless.
Jack: Right. Dogs just randomly show up for news broadcasts.
Columbus: And squirrels write our news.
Jack: Good point. News?
Columbus: News.
School!
Jack: Kicking off school yesterday was Creating Writing where Shunsui lectured on writing from a certain point of view. Naturally this meant making everyone Write or talk about being a pony.
Columbus: Why would it be natural to think like a pony?
Jack: ... Really?
Columbus: What?
Jack: You didn't notice that everyone turned into a pony the last two days?
Columbus: Is that why my pizza was delivered by a pony on Monday?
Jack: I'm just going to move on here to Trying Not To Die-
Columbus: Um.
Jack: What?
Columbus: There's two exclamation marks on the card.
Jack: So?
Columbus: Well you really didn't exclaim anything.
Jack: Fine. In TRYING NOT TO DIE!!
Columbus: Much better.
Jack: Thank you. Anakin served tea to everyone before sending everyone on a wild goose chase which included a road block which had hundreds of cup of tea with Annie winning the race. Good job roomie!
Columbus: Meanwhile over in Deep Sea Diving, everyone had introductions and then Summer had everyone go over their diving equipment
Then over in Tricks, Cons and Bamboozles, Neal trained everyone on how to spot a lie. Students then paired off to place two truths and a lie while Kenzi the TA... boogied.
JacK: Maybe she really likes lying.
Columbus: Maybe. Then she had a discussion about the National Gallery with Neal while Asuna apologized for missing the last class.
Finally over in the Library, Rinoa was reading a trashy novel which was interrupted by Jono trying to be annoying and my my cohost tell her that he was a dog.
Jack: But not a pony. I'd like to gloat about that for a moment.
Columbus: Can I gloat too?
Jack: No.
Dorms!
Columbus: Over in the dorms, Juliet was chatting with Jeremy when he randomly turned into a marmoset.
Jack: Ooo. Tough break there. Right after being a pony too I bet.
Columbus: Meanwhile Luke was watching tv in his room while Bod was confused by a letter. Then later Bod surprised Kate who then randomly turned into a cat.
Jack: Okay. One more person turns into an animal and I'm yelling bingo.
Columbus: And then over in the First Floor Rec Room, Warren and Karla hosted a rock band party. Turns out Warren was a bit worried aboutt singing but Miley stepped in to do the singing bits. Karla and Miley then plotted on how to get people to sing while Alexander and Quinn reminisced about glee club. Warren then tried to explain how the game worked to Alexander and then was convinced to sing by Karla's sad face. Warren then explained the game again to Marshall while Quinn talked to Miley about Glee Club. Quinn then gave Warren tips on surviving Rock Band before debating with Karla on whether or not Rock Band is more fun the Glee Club.
Jack: Okay. Before you continue? I'd like to point out to the listening audience that Quinn... was in Glee club.
Columbus: Really?
Jack: I'm pretty sure of that.
Columbus: Well, I'll trust your judgement on that. Warren then tried to have Tony save him from singing. Which didn't work. And then Tony told Karla that he didn't even sing at all.
Jack: That's because he's a Stark. And Starks have no souls.
Columbus: And I'll just trust your judgement on that. Quinn and Tony then talked about clubs at school-
Jack: WAIT! Was one of them... Glee?
Columbus: Actually it was Science club AND Glee.
Jack: Huzzah!
Columbus: Then Karla and Tony ended up singing a duet of Toxic. Miley tried to sing a song with Tony but couldn't find a song in common. Sookie wandered in and she and Warren made plans to make a quick getaway. Looks like it didn't work since Karla made Sookie play drums while Miley was happy to find another Southerner. Bobby was then told by Warren to sing with him while Bobby traded awkward glances with Karla. Then Sookie showed off her drumming skills to Bobby and Tony warned him about the whole singing thing. Meanwhile Freddie was looking for a violin controller and then Butters sang a song from the Black Eyed Peas.
Jack: I'd like to point out that in the last thirty seconds there was no mention of Glee Club.
Columbus: Live with the disappointment.
TOWN!
Jack: It was a quiet day in town. Millie was cleaning at the clinic. Alice was having clothing issues at Groovy Tunes. Ariel displayed horse-inspired fashion at Pixie Dust and Chuck came by to visit with cookies. The aforementioned Alice then came in to find clothes that fit while Shunsui dropped by Turtle and Canary to remind Apu that he's still the boss and got a visit from Kenzi who was looking for red socks. Finally, Raven was at Dite's where she wasn't so much working as reading a book. You know what?
Columbus: What?
Jack: That's the end of the news. And not one additional mention of Glee Club.
Columbus: Again I say: Live with the disappointment.
Jack: I guess I'll have to. Have a good morning Fandom and a great day!
