Right, you furry little bastards, you give those back now and I don't make squirrel stew for dinner. Then we all win.

*chittering*

You want me to what first? Read out notes? About what?

*chittering*

...of course the local gossips are rodents, why am I even surprised any more?

Fine, give me the notes. Now, before I change my mind.

I can't believe I'm doing this, and your penmanship is terrible. Yes, yours. Yours too.

School

Where a day of no doubt gripping classes started with Macro-Tactics discussing the importance of terrain. Students took notes, hopefully with better handwriting than this, and looked over their handouts, before moving onto analysing maps and discussing various strategies. Because that's what you'd expect to do in Tactics class. Kerrigan was around in case anyone feels like talking, as were the TAs.

Intro to Personal Weaponry were all about the hitting each other with sticks, Max demonstrated the superior edge the right stick gives you in combat by singlehandedly defeating that most vicious of opponents, a desk. Karla and Dru were suitably impressed. So am I, and I wasn't even there. Then the class pair up and choose sticks of their very own to practice hitting each other, because there's no way that could ever go wrong. Zack and Alex Karev pair up but like typical men, spent most of their time talking about the size of Zack's sword instead. Doesn't matter how big it is, you're only going to impress if you know how to use it. Bruce went for a barstool, in effect getting four sticks to Wesley's one, and rather than use an entire chair, Karla went up against Jason and his bat with a chairleg. Max was there to talk to, but probably not behind his desk.

Around the World in Fifteen Weeks got a history lesson on some place called London before they went exploring. Shockingly, very few of them actually choose to listen and started exploring right away. Who wouldn't, when you've got museums, libraries, theatres, and eyes to take up your valuable time. I don't know how I'm coping with not being in that class. Bond and Kyle were are there to be talked to.

Finally there was Food Appreciation where Sheppard, who until last week I'd have said was the teacher with the stupidest hair, talked about barbecue to his captive audience, who at least had the prospect of eating and fighting to look forward to. Unless you were Chuck and K-Mart, then you hid under a table and bonded over potato fears. Not deterred by fear of the dread potato was Sheppard, who in the manner of teachers all day, was there to talk to.

Over in the Library, Gabrielle kept herself busy with routine, which was disrupted by Elphaba looking for more books. At least she was in the right place for those. Henry stayed out of her way in his office. Cheerfully.

Also in their offices were Jaina who had Sheppard drop by to accuse her of moving his nameplate and flirt, there are worse openings, believe me, as well as Sherlock, who was visited by William who wants to know everything about someone by looking at them, certainly no delusions of grandeur there, and apparently sent messages to someone.

Dorms

Percy watched a bad action movie in Third Floor Common Room. Or at least he did until Wesley came in and they started bitching at each other. Katniss apparently likes her boys bitchy, as she made plans to go hunting with Wesley, since we don't have any predators on the island, I doubt he's bait. Kate wondered how many people Percy's annoyed, then Katniss asked her about pudding cups, whatever those are, and Bobby McCallister bounced at her. Yeah, he does that.

Katniss wanted to know why Percy wasn't actually paying attention to his movie, which has something to do with a bunch of random letters, and is apparently something of a sore point for him. Bobby introduced himself and explained he's not related to Percy or Jason, they just look like each other. If you say so. He proved his point about lookalikes by mistaking Percy for Jason, then explaining he has a girly name. Of course, I've never met a girl with that name before. Dru offered to explain to Percy how to tell if a movie is bad or not. There's a difference? And they talk about how this place is completely insane. Not news.

Up on the roof, Bruce spent the evening brooding broodily like a brooding thing that broodily broods...did he turn into a hen while no one was looking?

Meanwhile, Jonas worked on a puzzle in his room, and Luke bandaged himself in his, Nico came by to talk to Luke about the fight that resulted in Luke needing bandages, Cloud wants to know how Luke is doing, and Jason helped change Luke's bandages...why is this page covered in glitter?

*chittering*

I don't care if it looks prettier. If this sticks to my leathers I'm using your fur to clean them.

Moving on, Sookie texted and rearranged her closet. How do you text a closest? That sentence makes no sense. Tim Drake studied Russian, and was interupted by Peter warning him that Momoko might suck out his soul, hopefully only figuratively, and Kon mocking him for dating her instead of just going for the 'action'. Three guesses how much 'action' Kon hasn't seen. Then Karla informed Tim he's supposed to be socialising, and offered to get him a job.

Town

Over at Stark Industries, Ender was looking for help, possibly to take care of the rain of lemons, again, why does anything surprise me about his place? If he was hoping for help from Ben he might have to look elsewhere was Skywalker the younger was attacked by a vicious citrus. While at Pixie Dust Makita armed the mannequins, something which will no doubt never come back to haunt us next time the island goes further into madness. Proto brought her chocolate, and talked about how easy it is to bribe her, proving you're never too young for corruption and graft to set in.

Alex Russo was doing something with nets at the Magic Box, where Ino took a page out of Bobby's book and bounced at her with cupcakes. The Imperial Brim saw Irulan looking through colour samples, Dani struck a pose on a horse at the Gig, and Price looked uncomfortable in his shirt at Wellspring Arms. So long as he's not looking uncomfortable out of his pants near me, I don't care.

Karla inventoried her 'private stash' at Dite's, before talking herbs with a tea-admiring Cloud.

Jono fed the birds in the Park, before Rosalind joined him, and they talked about what makes a person pleasant company. I've heard that strong drink and ready coin can help with that.

Which brings us to Caritas where nothing was different except that Robin is behind the bar tonight. Cally stopped in, and the talk turned to babies versus dogs and I can't see that ending well.

Finally, Ino was in the Clinic pondering chocolate and shift changes. Must have been a slow day.

And that would be the last page. Now give me my things back and we'll all pretend this never happened.

No, I don't want any rum before I go. Drink it yourself for all I care. No, get off...are you trying to hug me?
