Fandom Radio: Tuesday August 24th
Evening, Fandom! This is Rose Hathaway coming to you on WTFH this fine Tuesday evening. The last Tuesday of the summer. Weird, huh? The summer did not seem so very long now that it's over.
School
In a shock? No school, no classes, no one was even in the library. Sometimes even the geeks get it right.
Dorms
So - yeah. There were some goodbyes today as people packed up and took off. Griff was getting ready to go kick ass but before he left, he and Alex got snarky. Because that's a surprise. He discussed art with Effy cause he's kinda an awesome draw-er. And I went around to tell him that he better keep his damn self safe and not be an idiot. Um. *cough* Jonas got a goodbye visit from Beka, but they promised to write and stay in touch, awww. After seeing Jonas, Beka was packing in her room and got some visitors including me. Kennedy was jealous Beka got to go back to work while George got a present of her journal to hold on to. Which - okay, that's kinda weird. Why give someone your journal? Emma was piiiiiiiissed she was losing her roommate which I totally get, and Emma, I better get to say goodbye to you tomorrow!
God, I hope that's all the goodbyes from today because seriously, you guys, I can't take it anymore. Okay, let's see. Lindsay who no longer has to TA for that crazy teacher was unpacking after a trip home and caught up on the news with Didi, and Katina spent some time in her room talking on the phone to Arthur. It's Squall's birthday today - Happy Birthday, Squall! - but he tried to spend it sulking in his room until Rinoa came in and yelled at him. Rosalind was geekily working away on reports while ...Rilla taught Bruce how to knit. I don't know, guys, I just report the news.
Jaime and Dinah were dancing in the salle today because that's what you do. You certainly don't fight there. In the fourth floor common room, Edmund and Jo chat about Jo's acceptance to college - ooh, congratulations! and her plans for the future. Edmund seems to think she needs back up. I'm really shocked to hear he thinks that. Really. The garage was occupied in the afternoon by Cloud. Who was humming. Good to know.
Town
Just the town to go now. God, it's weird the summer's over already. Dinah, I guess, had the same thoughts cause she was grilling Roy about his plans for next year over breakfast at J,GoB. Christian and Angela had a good idea and spent the day building a sand castle on the beach. Peter was there too, and he heard about how Christian's last date turned bad when Ariel became a mermaid.

Spock was present at Stark Industries today. Good to know. Loki got much joy out of using his paper shredder at MHA which is way better than Raven's mopeyness and Hinata's exhaustion at the sex shop and Book Haven. You know. Respectively. Ino was being silly at Covent Garden which seemed contagious cause Mary was all surprised that when she dusted knives, they cut the duster at the hotel. I totally wish I'd stopped by Luke's cause Sookie was making comfort food. Then she helped a new chick in town, Jessica, to get an apartment at MCA with Cally. But she made sure to tell Jessica not let the fact she's a vampire slip...uh. Sorry? Nothing to see here, moving on! I worked at Atlas like any other Tuesday. Well, except for any of the ones in the future... Jaina and Dimitri both stopped by to help the day go faster.
Annnd Tino got left alone at Caritas tonight while Hawkeye napped in the Clinic. Totally interesting.
So, yeah, that's it, Fandom. It's been fun doing radio for you guys. Hope you all enjoyed it. I'm taking off tomorrow night so totally stop by my room tomorrow so I can say goodbye to you. I'll miss you all!
