Good evening, Fandom. It's time for the news. This is your host, J. Jonah Jameson, back after a week off. I take my vacations seriously. Tonight, you were all quiet. Good! Early night for me!
Let's get to the SCHOOL NEWS.
Mac wasn't feeling well when she opened the library. Also, detention was held at the MHA pool, hosted by Ronon with John Sheppard as his guest. That's it, moving on.
DORM NEWS now.
Hannibal was lounging on the deck. Apparently he was missing the cruise. Yeah, too bad. Adora talked to him about the weather. I think I've explained how conversations about the weather is boring. Fortunately, Adora took my previous complaints seriously and moved on to topics ranging from how bad a friend she is to dating. That's better. Chuck, who is apparently a girl, discussed his sex life with Hannibal and we're moving on.
Treila was looking at the expiration date on a bag of marshmallows in the fourth floor common room. She discussed the expiration date with Hurley, Tahiri, and Blysse. Blysse and Tahiri discussed music. I'm not going to impugn either of these topics because they're both much better than what Hannibal and Chuck were talking about.
Chuck-Girl was smoking in his room... Wait, I can't smoke my cigars in the classroom, but he can smoke in his dorm room? How is that justice? And Savannah napped with animals, one of whom happened to be her boyfriend. In this town, that's probably not a euphemism.
Finally, TOWN NEWS.
There are posters all over the place by Ghanima about some sort of fight club, but I'd rather not talk about that because it sounds like a terrible idea to me. Training more people to embrace violence? Brilliant idea. I'll enjoy reporting about the sudden surge in violent crimes in town in the coming weeks.
Back to the detention at MHA, John had to scrub the pool while Biff stopped by to talk to Ronon.
Robin set up a display of vintage comics from the eighties at The Realm of Inspiring People Who Want Cheap Excuses To Beat Each Other Up, Jen checked out a sticker on a jar at Pizza Planet, and Viki continued to slack off at the hotel.
At Fast Eddie's, Dinah and Leto played pool and discussed dating. Marion and Tino did roshambo to see who had to tape up the zombies at Caritas. And at the causeway, our mayor palled around with an alleged meth addict! Is that what local politicians really want to be associated with? Apparently, as they discussed hot button campaign issues like childcare.
The mayor then dealt with Rikku, Reno, and Temari fawning over the child who needed to be cared for at Wellspring Arms which is, I'll remind you, a place that sells weapons. Perfect place to care for a child! I raised my boy John in a nice condo in Manhattan and all he became was an astronaut, a true American hero working in our space program! If I raised him in a gun shop, though, he might be a criminal, psychotic, or dead! I missed the boat, clearly. Don't expect to get my vote in the next election, Cable! Between this and your 'friend's' issues, you haven't earned my endorsement at all.
Loki took advantage of the nice weather by lounging by the newly clean MHA pool. He and Ben discussed Loki's ability as a salesman. Loki and Mina discussed gremlin bites. He also discussed making money off of the pool with Sarah and giant body condoms with Matt. Really? The squirrels indicate that was accurate. Great. Thanks for making me report that. Ben and Mina talked about snowmen before Ben and Sarah discussed teenage relationships and neighbors.
