Fandom Radio :: Friday, December 12th.

Good evening, fellow Fandomites! It's Friday night, which means it's Turtle Radio here on WTFH radio. And speaking of WTF, did you see the snow today? Sugar! And me recovering from a hellish toothache. The world, she is not fair, I tell you. But at least I'm well enough that I won't be sneezing into the mic ever five second.

Of course, I'm sure the DayQuil is helping, too.

Anyway! Onto the news!

SCHOOL

Chemistry class could either help Tyler set up for the science fair or study for exams. A nice easy week before finals! Good call, Tyler.

In awful class, we played that un-dodgable high school staple of dodgeball. Joy.

Awesome class was awesome and made time capsules, oooooh!

Doctor Suresh was hoping to get all that sugar cleaned up in his office, and Mister Minsc was by on a hamster chase. Miss Garrett tried not to be distracted by her dog snarfing up the sugar, and Mister Minsc's hamster lead him to her office, too. And Buffy didn't escape the sugar-snow on her way to the library. The moose watched the snow at the office, most likely reminded of home.

And bacon.

Mmmm, bacon.

Student Council met today, too, for Chinese food and signing up for coffee cart duties. Make sure to visit! Perfect for relieving exam week stress! Brought to you by the one, the only Student Council!

There was also a science fair, put together by Tyler! Mac and Rikku were totes there. Rikku and Reno displayed a....veeeeery elaborate patrol droid which makes me kind of want them to come in and do some upgrades on Liz. Mister Stark informs Tyler that the whole thing needed, quote, 'Moar 'asplosions.' Direct quote. I swear it.

DORMS

Ben went to town on a punching bag down at the gym. The Face-Spitter was there, too, to hit the weights. Momoko pushed off studying a little while longer for computer work. And, in a weekly Friday public service announcement, don't be like Jaina. Please keep a watch out for gremlins before they bite you.

TOWN

Hurley was in a good mood at Covent Garden Flowers, and gets a visit from Hoshi, who talks about the weather, which, today is much more interesting than it sounds. Chad's cats were fascinated with the sugar-snow at Groovy Tunes. Jen went all thematic and had dessert pizza on special at Pizza Planet, while Agnes caught some of it at the Magic Box. Jenny was giving discounts to anyone dressed as an elf over at Pixie Dust, which is...an interesting strategy, I'll give her that. Rikku finished up her science fair project over at the Wellspring Arms and Meditation Center, getting a visit from Momoko, who she grilled about some date, and Dor had a rare quiet day over at Android's Dungeon. Horses and birds horded sugar over at the Gig, and Eve was womanning the desk over at the York Gallery.

Detective Kowalski was not pleased with reports over at the Trooper Station, and Ella was all emersed in maaaaagic at Luke's Diner. Miss Dröttningu was getting familiar with her new place of employment Coyote Medicine, and Viki wondered if she needed more sugar at Strokes of Genius. Noooo, Viki. No you most certainly do not. Liir was chipper at Book Haven, a disposition which increased as soon as Amber came by and was all bouncy at him on a sugar high. Mary marveled at Gunther at the Arms Hotel, because, well, Gunther is crazycakes.

Mister Barbossa broadcasted his radio show today, as well, where Mister Max and the Captain had requests. Mister Mars stopped in for a little chat.

Jaina was in the park, singing really awful songs. John is clearly impressed and makes requests, and Gavin gets to know the *snort* budding songress. Ben also joined the flock of fans. Face Spitter, too, but we don't care about him. Ella and Tahiri were just very, very confused. As they should be.

Miss York had a small dinner party at her apartment tonight. Mayor Cable showed up to chat with Miss York and Sheriff Cooper, and so did Detective Kowalski, who also chatted with Miss Walker. Well, Miss Walker also talked to Mayor Cable and Detective Kowalski, but she showed up with Detective Constable Day, who also talked to the host and hostess, because, really, they all talked to them. It was all just a lot of boring adult mingling, trust me. Anyway, then they had dinner, which involved a lot of eating and Miss York and Sheriff Cooper being a dorky old couple. And, of course, gross coffee afterwards. Boring. Adult. Party. The end.

At Caritas, everyone dressed up for the season, yay! Mister Barbossa be telling Santa Bindo what he wants for Christmas, and I think I'm going to have nightmares tonight. Mister Sam and Mister Max discuss Santa Bindo's believability. And, of course, Jaina was there for a very rousing holiday performance, that we all know she'll regret in the morning. Ahhh. Gremlins. Mister Sam wanted to hear Freebird. Mister Sam is not allowed to talk any more.

And the clinic was quiet for Ronan, yay!

And that's all the news for tonight! I'm off to chug some NyQuil like my mun and hopefully feel much better in the morning! Good night and have a prosperous tomorrow!
