Fandom Radio, Saturday, January 11
Good morning, everyone! This is Miss Lydia Bennet, here with all the news the squirrels saw fit to report. It may be much or it may be little; who knows? It's a positive rodent adventure.
Let us begin with the school, now that it is back in session. In So You're New to the Multiverse, Miss Smith taught us about what a multiverse is and introduced us to some variant products from across said multiverse. Apparently here there is something called a Pringle, though I'm not sure how it's different from a Prongle. Additionally, there were the customary first week introductions. In Cupcake Wars, Mr. James Stark assigned his students to make a cupcake that represented themselves. One does hope without shrimp.
No notes for the dorm, the porg is very sad, so forth and so on, on to the town, where at the trooper station Detective Watts answered some phone calls regarding wandering lawn furniture. Mr. Sims was annoyed about something at The Perk, it seems. Captain Flint opened The Ink Spot, and those in search of reading material may be pleased to hear he has expanded the selection of books actually available for sale. The electricity was out at Miss Skywalker's warehouse, which means there was no heat, and honestly I would have just gone home, but she is made of sterner stuff and attempted to restore said electricity, which she discussed with Dean Skywalker when he arrived. There are no reports on whether it was restored yesterday, but hopefully it is back by now.
In fact, there are no further notes at all, so I shall be going in search of a cup of tea and a pastry of some sort. I feel I have earned it. Farewell, dear listeners!
