Fandom Radio, Wednesday 12/4
Good morning and welcome to Wednesday, again. I hope you all had a good holiday last week and are enjoying the island’s oddities so far this month. The potato pancakes this morning are delicious and I want to look for more so I’ll try to get through the notes quickly.
At the school, Ethics discussed violence and whether it is ethical to use it. Or not use it. World Mythology learned about Hawaiian mythology and watched a movie. Oh, I didn’t know there was another movie about the little blue alien…
And then Food and Cultural Appreciation went to Frankfurt to visit a Christmas market. That sounds nice.
I have nothing from the dorms but the porg is content with his latke for the moment so we’ll move on to the town where we have someone new who arrived unexpectedly and wetly. Usually people only drop into the pond if they fight inside Caritas. The new man met Liliana and they exchanged all manner of proper pleasantries and she even lent him something warm and dry and offered to try and help him and explained where he was. Welcome to Fandom…that’s a very long name. ‘ Percival Fredrickstein von Musel Klossowski de Rolo III, of the royal house of Whitestone.’ Percival also met Clint and his dogs who got pets which is very important, the dogs got pets. Not Clint. That would be odd. Clint just explained a little about where we are. And then he met Don who also explained a bit about the island and identified the flamingos.
Prompto was at the Photo Hut where there was sadly no fireplace. I wish my fireplace were still here. It’s so nice having one.
Gladio found that many things at the gym had been giftwrapped and he and I compared Thanksgivings. And Summer had a new outfit, of course.
Ignis had a lot of lemons but no lemonade at the diner and then he had the usual visit from Liliana and they discussed…plans and pie.
Dean was at the Infinite Consortium where the armor and the chair were cuddling by the fireplace that appeared. Right. And Jane came to visit, offered to cuddle the chair, and turned into a cat. Oh. I’m sorry, Jane.
There was also a fireplace at The Devil’s Nest which Lucifer enjoyed with some cocoa but Eric was not fond of since he’s flammable.
Steph and Vi were also enjoying their temporary fireplace while watching a movie. Well. There was a movie playing and at least and we don’t really need to share more details than that, do we?
That seems to be all. I’m off to find more latkes and hope none of them end up in any jello this evening.
