Fandom Radio, Tuesday (11/7)
What's up, Fandom? You just heard Blonde Redhead with "Melody Experiment," and you're listening to WTFH. Steph here, and guess what? It is, once again, Tuesday, which may have rolled around an hour later than it did last week but here we are again.
Intern porg, the School notes, if you would?
*trilling!*
Thanks. Evolutionary Science for Beginners talked about plant evolution, although it seems like Connor and Cutter weren't super enthused about the topic. Practical Folklore discussed golems, and whether anyone in class had any experience with them. This did not include zombies, even though Jon thought that technically they might count. Try Not to Die, on the other hand, had to try to smuggle an informant over the border in the back of a car, like a totally normal Anakin Skywalker class does.
There were, contain your shock, no Dorms notes. Maybe I should start bringing the porg treats because I literally can't handle these big sad eyes.
In Town, Turtle and Canary had a 25% off sale on saxophones in honor of National Saxophone Day. Did you know they sold saxophones? Apparently neither did anyone else. One guess what kind of soundtrack Summer had for her entire workday, though! Prompto had a lot of photo editing to do at the Photo Hut, except for -- I assume -- while he was having lunch with Liz and Noctra, who is going to start crawling basically any minute now if Leroy's notes are accurate. At Diaz & Ass. Rosa was very intent on her internet searches until Miguel showed up with distinctly pumpkin spice-scented coffee for her to be suspicious of.
Saffron was not suspicious of Vi at the Magpie Emporium, because she's just suspicious of literally everybody else in the world except Vi, who had to get through her shift without getting tripped up by a super affectionate cat. Everything at Covent Garden Flowers turned orange yesterday, but hopefully nobody gave Nell a hard time because they were, I don't know, really set on a bouquet of blue flowers. It was all breakfast pizza all the time at Pizza Planet while Raiden worked on his Thanksgiving menu, and over at the Magic Box Eliot did his best impression of a cat and sunned himself in the front window.
Steve was at the Trooper Station ignoring his phone that was constantly ringing because apparently people kept wanting to congratulate him and Danny on getting engaged?
*OBNOXIOUS AIRHORN SOUND EFFECT*
Also fielding texts from Diego, Watts, and Raiden, which we now know thanks to one squirrel with no sense of self-preservation.
Yeah, I don't blame Eric for being in a Mood at the Devil's Nest because Tiny will. Not. Stop. Wearing the Hooters shorts even with threats of being set on fire. Stark wondered if he got cold like that, and told Eric he'd missed out on seeing the place while it was Hooters. You were not missing out on anything, my dude.
Ignis showed up at Liliana's place yesterday morning to deliver some key lime tarts, emphasis on the key delivery, which must have gone over pretty well since she used said key to let herself in to his place right after finding it. Watts and Steven were chilling at home, being super domestic with clothes mending and afternoon tea, and in the evening Nell had Lana and Gladio over for nachos and -- in the case of one of these two -- smooches.
And finally, just so you get your Clinic Crab Lore update for the week, the nurses were giving Stark a hard time about being in a good mood, but Stabby got to get away with his good mood and beach resort research without getting a hard time from the nurses. Double standards, guys, really?
And that looks like all I've got for you today, so until next week, try not to get into too much trouble?
