Fandom Radio: Friday, September 1st.
Gooooood morning, everyone! And welcome yet again to another edition of! *trumpeting fanfare* THE RADIO! I'm your Friday host, Graham, Graham Crac--
Ahhh, see? See? You were expecting me to fall again or to have one of the squirrels make a loud noise or something like that, thus interrupting me from saying my full name, but ha-ha! Not this time! Take that! I interrupted it before anyone else could! So there! Now, then! Let's get on with...~the notes~!
Starting, as always, with the School, although there are no notes for the school because we are still on a break! There are also no notes for the Dorms, of course, except for the note that says there are no notes for the Dorms.
But the Town, however! Zounds, do we have notes for the Town!
Steven was prepping the museum to really show off what it had to offer to any new people who might be coming in this weekend in the best way possible, before getting interrupted in the best way possible, which was lunch with Watts, of course! Over which they talked about some of their new favorite things about their new place together. Nell also stopped in to see Steven and hear a little about the new place before telling him about some of her favorite things about Gladio, ooo~oooh.
The staff over at Luke's seemed a little tense under the watchful, moody presence of Duke, and Marc stopped in to grab some dinner to go and chat it up with Duke about being in the real estate business now. Lucifer was also in to confirm that Duke was drinking and joined him and also had compliments to the chef, but only if that chef was Duke.
Steph was definitely busy with very boss-like stuff over at the Maaaaaagpiiieeee Empoooor~riuuuuum, and Eleanor was busy with research over at Plant Parenthood. Stabby the Crabby enjoyed a nice walk around the clinic now that he's out of quarentine, and Prompto brought lunch down for Liz at the Photo Hut before discussing how to best celebrate her finishing the financial report on time.
And speaking of celebrations, Stark had Summer over to celebrate her, quote, 'new capitalist tyrrany' with cake, champagne, and...chocolate shrimp?
You know what? I'd try it! And at the Devil's Nest, Annie was celebrating cool blue drinks with her specials. Gladio honed in on the blended one successfully and chatted with Annnie about how much difference a year can make, as they're both coming up on some pretty big anniversaries, before asking Nell all about some tall, handsome fella she's into and impressing Diego with some top-notch chicken puns. I mean, I'm really talon you guys, when it comes to chicken pun, they just can't be beak! Diego also talked with Annie about her specials and other weird cocktails and bartending things after getting the mermaid one, and Nell, feeling adventurous, decided to just let Annie decide what to make for her, after bringing her more lotions and teas.
