Fandom Radio, Tuesday (6/27)

That was The Aces with "Volcanic Love," and it's Tuesday morning here on WTFH. Fandom! What's up? First of all, a huge thank you to everyone who came out -- heh -- for Pride this past weekend and making it awesome!

It's break week, so guess what? There are no Classes or workshops to report on.

...there are also no Dorms activities to report on, but hey, don't look so sad, intern porg! Because you can hand me that stack of notes you're holding for what was happening in Town yesterday!

*trilling*

Thanks, you rule. Nell had rainbow ribbons to go with the rainbow floral organization at Covent Garden, you guessed it, Flowers. Turtle and Canary, on the other hand, was celebrating National Barcode Day and I wish I was surprised that's a thing. I am, however, not. Summer got a lecture from Apu about not appreciating bargodes enough and she turned it around on him by telling him about Prompto's barcode tattoos. This note has a giant WORLD: ROCKED scribbled at the bottom. Amazing. Speaking of Prompto, he was at the Photo Hut going through all the pictures he took over the weekend, having a little sneezing fit, and talking with Liz about how Noctra's going to get to experience the outdoors a lot more now that it's summer.

Rosa was at Diaz & Ass. arguing with people on the internet, but her amazing bi pride shirt might be more worthy of noting if you ask me. Over at the Magpie Emporium Pride still isn't over, but it was a pretty low-key day for Vi except for Gladio coming in to look for party games that don't rely on visuals too much. Hello, next display project, it's nice to meet you. I was, of course, also there, making pizza plans with Vi and otherwise being super lazy for the first time in actual weeks.

Pride was still happening at the Trooper Station too, but that's mostly because the troopers kept tracking glitter everywhere no matter what Steve M. tried to do about it. Dude, it's glitter, there's literally nothing you can do about it once it breaks containment. Pizza Planet had rainbow pizza, but also several seafood pizza varieties thanks to Raiden.

At the Devil's Nest Eric was wearing very shiny silver pants and ignoring Tiny and his booty shorts -- oh god. Raiden went shirtless upon arrival to stick with the apparent theme and kind of judged Eric's drink choices while learning about vampire royalty. Sentences that you don't get many places outside of Fandom, folks. Gladio arrived shirtless, the sign of a true Monday night regular at the Nest, and heard about Eric's trip home and also that vampire hierarchy thing. Octavia was totally unsurprised by Eric's lack of a shirt, but Eric was surprised that shirtlessness at Pride was not really a thing. Look, I'm not going to institute a lack-of-dress code. Stark was very appreciative of Eric's shininess, which Summer apparently encouraged after he sent her pictures of the shiny silver pants. There was flailing, because of course there was. But also several drinks and quite possibly taking of that advice.

And finally, over at the Clinic, Stark -- prior to any drunkenness, I assume -- was admiring the new crab print that matched Stabby and his brand new shiny rainbow knife perfectly, not that this got him out of gettingn "uh huh"-ed at by the nurses for skipping out on last week's shift to take Summer on a birthday spa trip.

That's all I've got for today. Enjoy your break week, everyone!
