Fandom Radio: Friday, June 9th.
Gooooood morning, everyone! And happy Friday! Because that's right, it's that time again, that last final lurch toward the weekend where you all start the day with all the news that's fit to be scribbled down on the most adorable little notebook pages you've ever seen and read to you, from my lips, to your ears...that's right, it's time for Friday Morning Radio!
*poor imitiation of triumphant air horns*
I'm your host, Graham. Graham Cra--

--little late on your cue there, Leroy, but that's okay! At this point, do we really need an introduction? Probably not! So let's just get on with the news!
Starting, of course, with the School! And believe me when I say that I'm not kitten that the Floor is Lava was a cat-tastrophy with its feline-inspired course this week, which put Stark whiskers and tails above the rest! Yoga got to learn some new poses, Camp Cooking Essentials learned how to cook even in the rain, and Paintball remixed the blindfolds, rubber chickens, and harmonica game from the Shenanigans this week, so it's no surprise that it was Anakin himself who brought home the paintball gold this week! Meanwhile, Belle was finding chicken bones in the library, and, uhhh, someone might want to maybe check and see if anyone's been casting any spells in the library lately. That definitely sounds like it could be spellcasting right there.
It sure would be a nice if someone cast a spell of activity on the Dorms, so our poor porg intern had something to write a note about, other than the note about there being no notes for the Dorms, but, alas, it was not to be this week! However, there are, of course, notes for the Town!
In the Town, Duke was putting the final touches on the renovations of Luke's Diner, which is once again open for business! Octavia thought the changes made the place feel more a lot more Duke now and helped out by getting a milkshake. And it was no surprise that Steph was busy, busy, busy over at the Maaaaaaagpieeee Empoooor~rium!, but not so busy that she could stop and chat with Watts when he stopped by with drinks and cinnamon rolls.
...mmmmmmm, cinnamon rolls....
....
*clears throat* Anyway! Where was I? Ah, yes. Eleanor read poetry at Plant Parenthood, Boc was stressed out at Pixie Dust, and Libby seems to support crab weaponry at the Clinic.
Liz had been delayed by rubber chickens in getting down to the Photo Hut yesterday, and Steven celebrated finishing up some signs and brochures for Pride by putting them up and around the Museum, a detail that did not escape Connor's notice when he came in and the two of them caught up with how Connor's doing and about Pride itself. Nell was also very impressed by Steven's hard work when she came in to also catch up, especially about his and Watts' holosuite bicycle date!
And, finally, rounding out our notes with the Devil's Nest, Diego was a substitute bartender filling in for Annie last night! He got Gladio a beer and they talked about kids both real-future and not-real past, and he got Marc whiskey and they talked about future baby showers and past weddings, and he got Watts wine and they talked about future trips and babymoons. Marc and Watts did not get each other drinks, but they did talk about future plans and a past baseball night.
And that...is the last of the notes this morning! Huzzah! Thanks for listening, everyone! Now go out there and inspire some notes for the next person to read! I know I sure am! Buh-bye!
