Fandom Radio - Saturday March 4th
Ah, once again it's Saturday and as such... it's time for the news! We all enjoy these things, right? Right.
Ahem.
At the school, things were back in session with Physical Education going with some surfing in a pool. As it is winter. Sometimes. Introduction to Zoology discussed the magic of evolution. Practical Engineering started work on something called a Rube Goldberg machine. In Musical Theater, we worked on our costuming. A very important part of things.
Jo had a normal day at the library with some letter writing tossed in there for good measure.
In town, Prompto got a belated gift for the new parents before the color blue became very important. Liz and he texted as she was home taking care of the baby. Steven with the quotation marks stopped in to check on things and offer a Purim gift. Lucifer and Tiny disagreed over the music at Devil's Nest. Rey was dealing with some extra rambunctious woodchucks at her training warehouse. Anakin showed up to assist in figuring out a way to stop this and that was apparently bribery.
Eddie with the hair dealt with a skeeball related emergency at Fast Eddies with middling success. Nancy was concerned, but Eddie was mostly thinking it could turn into a good story. Which, well, he isn't wrong. Unfortunately. Steven with the quotation marks also gave Eddie a Purim gift. Ulysses stopped in and shared Eddie's enjoyment of the chaos happening to the employees of the establishment. Boc, our newest resident it would appear, took over Pixie Dust to the confusion of, well, everyone there. Including him. Nell stopped in to make sure all was well with him. Steven with the quotation marks also stopped in and offered Boc as Purim gift as well.
Raiden had a taco theme for Pizza Planet yesterday. Boc stopped in and was recognized as a bush in the park previously before learning about the wonder of pizza from Raiden. Steven with the quotation marks stopped in for a vegan pizza and to also give him a Purim gift along with sharing some, ah, personal? Information. Steve with the tattoos was also there for a pizza, but they were quickly sidetracked by talk of something called Spam. Rey was also there for the aforementioned food bribe for the woodchucks, but was also talked into a pizza for herself and Anakin to share.
Watts dealt with some arguing from the troopers at the Trooper Station, naturally. Steven with the quotation marks arrived and caused a bit of concern after their time off island, but offered lunch once Watts felt more well. Ignis also stopped in to request some things be fixed around town before Watts offered him a gift from his time in Miami. Steve with the tattoos also stopped in and asked after Watts' health after hearing over the radio he'd been shot back at home. Graham was distracted by some very shiny dice at Magpie Emporium before his game began, though Guillermo stopped in with treats just for Graham, Charlie offered to bring Graham home with her to her family, an offer he was all for despite Charlie's joking about how foolish it was. Steven with the quotation marks also stopped in and was thrilled to meet Graham from radio before offering him too a Purim gift. But, over in the gaming area, Belle made her first appearance for it all, much to Graham's excitement. Kurt worried he was late, but was reassured by Graham that's simply everyone. Jo and Graham caught up on everything new happening since they'd all been on vacation last week. Vi came with pizza, but after that, they began their game in earnest.
And that is all the news seen fit to be given to use by the fair rodents of this island. Have a lovely day, everyone who deigned to tune in to listen, won't you?
