That was "New Love Cassette" from Angel Olsen, this is Steph, and you're listening to WTFH. What's up, Fandom? And France, apparently?

No School this week, obviously, because it's break week and like, nobody is here. Instead, I have notes from traveling squirrels about what everyone on the Break Trip was up to yesterday.

Also I apologize in advance for how I'm about to butcher all of these French names. Look, some of us focused on learning fantasy languages. Anyway, the daytime cruise stop was in La Roche-Guyon, except Summer and Barry were chilling in their room on the boat, watching TV, because why not? Gray and Connor made use of the Sun Deck despite the relative lack of sun, Irene had breakfast at the Aquavit Terrace... but the real action on deck was at the Restaurant because, go figure, everybody needs to eat, right? Libby and Guillermo were super enthused about the trip so far and discussed their plans for the day, and Lana got to hear about how Libby's enjoying everything so far. Kurt was definitely taking advantage of the buffet's general... buffet-ness, which balanced out the way Jon was just picking at his food.

Off the boat, a bunch of people went to experience French château life by touring a castle and... learning how to set the table? But also apparently there was a tourable garden. Graham and Charlie talked about busking for money but mostly for fun and also... uh... totally didn't plan a potential mutiny. Libby and Kurt stopped avoiding each other eventually to talk about the trip and also farm animals. People also went to Giverny to check out where Claude Monet used to live, or took a bike tour of his garden. That's.... a lot of garden, my dude, and I am assured by the amount of glitter on this note that Travis and Stark had a very cute bike ride that will probably require massages later so hey, win.

On the evening leg of the tour, presumably with everyone back on board -- we hope -- the restaurant had its standard menu fare plus? An entire Canadian Thanksgiving feast. Dudes, you're like in France, on the other side of the Atlantic, and still getting Canadian Thanksgiving. That's impressive. Charlie went for the decidedly non-French menu option and discussed an on-board jam session with Kurt. Can I just say, I fully endorse this idea. Go for it. Nell and Connor introduced themselves and discovered that they had the guest-of-faculty card in common, and Beta told Anakin she was dozing off at the table after dinner because she wasn't used to all this activity.
`
Meanwhile, back here in a very quiet Town, Prompto was having an introspective kind of Photo Hut day and talking with Liz about going clothes shopping to prep for Annie and Diego's wedding. Meanwhile, the Magpie Emporium wasn't actually open because Vi was too busy repeatedly divebombing me as a kitten until, you know. She wasn't one any more.

And since this is, I kid you not, all my notes for the day and the porg's brought it to my attention that I haven't done one of these in a while, a Fandom traffic report. Everyone. Is. In. France. It's entirely possible that we have negative traffic today.

Take some time to think about how that works, if you want to, and I'll be back with you all next Tuesday, when you all are, like... back.
