Fandom Radio: Friday, August 12th.
Greeeeting, everyone! It is I, Graham, your intrepid Friday morning radio host, back in action after a teeny tiny hiatus on account of being a water fowl. But, I assure you, no fowl-play here, everything is honk-y dory once again and I am ready to bring you, faithful listeners, all the thrilling news from yesterday!
Or maybe not so much thrilling, but at least, hopefully, interesting? Let us begin, and we'll find out!
First off, starting with the school, How to Form a Band had a movie day, Blacksmithing focused on their armor projects, and Fandom Gladiators hit eachother with big sticks. In Mechanical Engineering, we learned lockpicking, and Belle got cozy with some cozy mysteries at the library.
Thanks for letting the squirrels harrass you into covering for me last week, by the way, Belle! You did a great job!
Moving on, of course, to the dorms, where the only note is that there are no notes for the dorms, so that means we'll head right over into the town, where Kitty let her daughter loose at the park. Kurt brought Libby lunch over at the clinic, and I'm told they were very cute about it, despite the coffee in the drawers. And, speaking of cute, Vi stopped by the Maaaaagpiiiieee Empoooor~riuuuuum~ to chat with Steph about Saffron and how her turn as an animal was no cat.........-tastrophe! Watts also stopped in to get some recommendations on a set of headphones!
Liz updated the Photo Huts social media, the porg at Surf's Up would like everyone, especially Billy, to know that smoking is bad, and, over at Caritas, Laszlo was very offendeed by Tino's attempts at jello shots.
But the real hot spot on the island yesterday was none other than the Fandom Museum, with everyone stopping in to see Steven and exhibits! Watts brought him lunch and were, as one might expect with lunches on Thursdays, very cute about it, and didn't even have to deal with coffee in drawers! Liz and Steven caught up a little on how Liz might be in need of a wardrobe overhaul soon, and Stark stopped in to confirm with Steven plans for a bowling double date tonight, before getting a bit of a tour of the place. Lana stopped in to discuss with Steven the weather and invite him on a trip, and Nell brought him some treats and they worked out some scheduling issues before chatting a bit about Marc.
And the rest? Well, that's history.
*very, very delayed and half-hearted rim shot*
Because it's....the museum? History?
*crickets*
*sigh* Everyone's a critic. Anyway! That's all my notes for today! We'll hopefully see you again next week, barring any goose-related incidents! Bye, everyone! 'Til next time!
