Good morning, everyone, and do <not go outside. The humidity is doing terrifying things to hair.

*chittering*

Naturally not my hair, but other people's hair. Let's get to the notes! In classes, Napping went to Germany to sleep in trees like charming vagrants, Disaster was cancelled--does that make it an opportunity?--and Paintball played with water pistols because it really was disgustingly hot yesterday. Congratulations to Rosa Diaz, the winner for the week. And Pop Culture played computer games like sad people with no social lives.

*chittering* I don't apologise for saying true things, Leroy.

In town, Sakaki was working with a frog that had acquired a tiny keyboard, the clinic was working around a stabby crab, Nell was daydreaming at Covent Gardens, Connor had a quiet day at the museum, and Tattoos sent troopers out to chase down the electrified sledgehammer. How is that thing still on the loose? It has a cord. Hot Firefighter Eddie was learning there's not much to do in a town that refuses to catch fire, and so he teased Buck about his unnatural love for the nightmare shirts Dean Skywalker hands out on Wednesdays. He also stopped into the Perk to ask Rey how on Earth Dean Skywalker knew who was going to show up on Wednesday. He's creepy, that's how. Lucifer was stymied after learning that Zora sleep standing up, Liz stopped into T&C and gushed about Steven--the new one, not Tattoos or Shoulders--which was news to Summer since isn't Liz dating Prompto?

How juicy. This is why I do this job.

And finally, the Devil's Nest was entirely pink last night. Marc called Jaye out for blowing off her bar shift on Saturday but she somehow ended up with him buying her tequila shots, so I feel as if I have much to learn from Jaye. Eric told Jaye he was blaming Lucifer for the decor change--of course he is--and then flirted with Jaskier because of course he did. And Eric and Marc discussed the logistics of vampires not catching fire and dying during daytime fire drills.

And that's everything. Have a delightful week!
