Good morning, everyone! Did you work on your tans this holiday? I did! Fiji is delightful in December.

That was uncharitable, Leroy.
We're back in classes, of course. Poetry began by discussing what poetry means to them, my new course on exit strategies did introductions, and so did Guiding the Powerful and Mythbusting, which also asked what kind of experiments they wanted to do. Kurt stayed after to wonder if the teacher was the same person from his universe and generally the answer is "yes, but no." And in town, Dr. Lecter is teaching a cooking class at the community center and they did introductions, too.
In the dorms, Kiem was making breakfast for the new people: hello, new people! I missed the picnic due to my private jet coming in late enough to not have to go! He met Kurt, who is blue--like depressed?

Like actually blue, apparently, and they talked about their classes this semester.
In town, T&C had a discount for newcomers and is also hiring if you're the sort of person who is enticed by free Squishies--I am not--Tattoos was getting rid of holiday leftovers at the Trooper Station, and the flowers were singing along with Nell's music at the flower shop. If I relayed that bit of news to my dear friend Sir Elton, he would demand I share my narcotics. Speaking of sentences that make sound like I'm on drugs, Eliot was accessorizing the giant dinosaur at the magic shop before Jon stopped in with coffee and to catch up on their week off.
