Yes, squirrels, I am really here though I wouldn’t have minded sleeping a little more I haven’t been sleeping much, yes I was in that hole over 2 weeks, you all were watching when we came back out.
Right. This is Stark, with yesterday’s news.
At the school classes were back to normal. Normal for here. The day started with Fire & Rescue Bootcamp where Travis had everyone racing to put on firefighter outfits and he and Dwight discussed this week’s island weirdness. Summer had her Pie Class making pies from spam and crackers and cheese and she thought I’d been replaced when I wasn’t horrified enough by that. I’m sure next week will be worse and I’ll have brought it on myself. Shunsui canceled The Art of Battle Games when he found himself in the gun shop instead of the classroom. And Sam Eagle discussed an artist named Norman Rockwell in Americana!, whose work Malia found to be weird. The penguins playing music sound weirder to me.
Things were quiet in the dorms.
In town, things also seem to be getting back to normal though I suppose I don’t really know how anything went while I was in the hole. Aside from some places not being aboveground, like many of us. Places like Groovy Tunes where Troy was fixing things that had been damaged during the time in the hole. Or getting out of the hole. I’m very glad Faye gave me a ride ou- oh, put that down! None of that! Wanda was at The Magic Box which was also in the hole with us, trying to clean while dealing with invisible boxes. The Fix & Clean Shop was not in the hole, but Dwight was, and he had a list of things to do. At Caritas, which did not fall in the hole, Kitty played cards with Tino until Rosa arrived to discuss her spending habits from this week’s island weirdness.
Right. Island weirdness. At least it chose a less awkward location to send many of us today. Faye found herself at work at Wellspring Arms unexpectedly after leaving this radio station. The gun shop was not one the holed buildings, which is for the best. Shunsui found himself in the shop instead of in his class, discussing swords with Faye and offering her a drink.
*chittering*
What? No. That’s not a problem.
Rosa tried to go to her office but ended up looking at guns instead and then Miguel brought her lunch. Steve, who was not in the hole, seemed happy to be looking at and discussing guns with Faye. Harry seemed less happy, but did seem to enjoy bouncing off the exit a bit. I arrived and was less embarr- oh did you need to write that? I was there and talked with Faye about buying a weapon and...I can see you, put it down. Seivarden was upset about the lack of tea in the gun shop. Dwight was not pleased about his unexpected location, but he and I decided at least we were aboveground and this probably wouldn’t last long and it was better than yes-, no nevermind let’s not. Faye suggested he stay out of the gun range and Miguel threw a bullet at him. No, I don’t know why. Maybe because Faye greeted him with a disgusted noise when he arrived? Liam decided to look for a gift as long as he was in the shop and we agreed that this behavior from the island was new and-

That should be everything from yesterday. Maybe I’ll have better luck staying outside today. Although then I may have to deal with Anakin’s nonsense. But I always do. Unless I’m in a hole.
