No, you do not need to break in and wake me up every week. You didn’t even need to do it the first time and...why did you turn that on already?
The squirrels have brought me back here, again, after waking me up, again, so it seems this is going to be a weekly affair. I still blame Anakin. But there’s time for that later. For now, just the news.
At the school once again we had the regular Tuesday classes. Bounty Hunting for Beginners had a movie day which is a good way to begin the morning. Better than being awakened by squirrels. Then the increasingly well-named Culinary Crimes happened and Summer made us make some things that may or may not have actually been pizza and may or may not actually have been food. The Art of Haiku sounds much more pleasant as there was no tuna and pear pizza but instead poetry by someone named Bashō. After that, Sam the Eagle discussed eagles and other birds in Sam Eagle Presents: A Salute to….
*chittering*
No, I don’t think he’s an eagle that eats squirrels. I might have been a Banik that eats squirrels but that didn’t stop you, did it?
*chittering*
No, that wasn’t a threat. If I were threatening you I’d...no. Never mind.
In The Future History of Science they worked on their hoverbikes. Finally, in Magical Theory and Practice they discussed the theory of exchange. I don’t know what that is. It seems the squirrels don’t either.
Once again, the dorms were quiet. Perhaps because the squirrels aren’t in those rooms waking people up?
*chittering*
No, that wasn’t a suggestion.
Things were more interesting in town.
Octavia stopped being a raccoon and startled both Lucifer and Duke awake, which is good, aside from her companions being woken up suddenly. The island has plenty of raccoons already.
The radio at Groovy Tunes was not functioning so Troy sang a pirate song to fill the silence. Amaya also kept busy at the Forge but with more metalworking and less singing. Wanda seemed to be in two places at once at The Magic Box. At the bars, Lucifer recorded himself playing piano at The Devil’s Nest while at Caritas there were margaritas to drink as well as songs about margaritas. Wait. One song. Several times.
That’s today’s news about yesterday. Now I’m off to see what horrors Anakin has devised this week.
*chittering*
No, I think if I didn’t go it would somehow be even worse. He would make sure of that.

Do you know something I don’t? Why are you laugh-
