Fine, I guess I'm doing this regularly now, huh?
Fine.
Over in school, Exploring Earth Cuisine went to Brazil, where they ate meat on a stick. Underwater Basket Weaving had a crasher who then told her dang boyfriend she was crashing. I'm assuming there's no consequences? Like, what are they gonna do, give you detention for wanting to learn more? Also she's an adult, not sure the detention's gonna stick. Anyway, they also swam. Jedi class resorted to hitting one another, and I approve. Pirating did an obstacle course on boats, and now I'm glad I didn't take that class or else I wouldn't have gotten you all in I Never in Jessica's class last week! Danny was surprised to be in the class -- it happens, buddy -- while Steve was full of glee. And of course, the teachers were there and considering making it harder next time. And finally, in the angry class, Nick had everyone play in buper cars, and I see nothing wrong with this and am frankly annoyed that I didn't sign up for this one, now.
In dorms, there was -- of course! -- breakfast with Astrid, and Astrid, I don't know you, but you'd better keep this entertaining because I have a feeling I'm going to be recapping this every week. Anyway, Enola realizes the pancakes are kittycat-shaped, and yes, fine, that's adorable. Clare declared that she had yet to meet an alien, but then Astrid reminded her we have a giant shark prince now. (We do?) And Clare and Enola met. And either prior to or after this, Enola was catching up on her correspondence and talking to a mannequin.
Like you do.
Finally, Nina ended the evening on the roof, where she was joined by Jules.
Over in town, at Turtle and Canary, Summer was doing inventory, while Sakaki settled in with her new job at Furnado. Seivarden had her fancy home-universe wine again at Caritas, where Amaya came by and gave her points for consistency. Nell was looking at seeds at the flower shop, while Steve practiced shooting at the trooper station and Danny harassed him about eating a donut. Octavia and Duke hung out on her boat, and finally, there was that movie night thing. Jaskier immediately realized they would need pillows in addition to wine to get through the evening, while Rey and Silver discussed the bear movie genre -- careful stepping there, friends -- and Silver and Jaskier discussed trained bears, which are not something I'm familiar with but it's quite an evocative image.
I'm leaving now. Don't come into my apartment to wake me up like that again. I'm not afraid to throw you next time, little squirrels.
Fine.
