I can't believe I went out the door and risked my life to sit in a room with a bunch of squirrels and read a handful of news notes. Utterly ridiculous. But since I'm here, I guess I'll read them.
No, no stomping, I'm on edge enough. We just had news in town today.
I guess the biggest news is that there's some weird things happening on the island. Which we all knew. I have ash my hair, for god's sake. It had Tisarwat rightfully freaking out at Groovy Tunes. Sabine and Lana are apparently insane and went outside on purpose. Kitty had to be at Caritas because Tino called out, and Jessica came by for a drink and to talk about all the weird going on.
Stark was manning the clinic, which might actually be needed this week. Travis was poking at rocks and mumbling about aliens before picking a fight with Danny. I guess he lost because Hannibal was there to offer post-fight consolation coffee later on. Tattooed Steve made it safely to his apartment after running away from a giant tentacle monster and the squirrels want everyone to know some people pay good money for that sort of thing. Gross. Danny, of course, was there to make sure Steve was still in one piece. Finally, at town hall Jesse was going through reports behind a locked door and Steve was well enough to call in a tentacle monster complaint.
Okay, that's all. I'm going back to my apartment and not leaving until this nonsense is over.
