Fandom Radio: Friday, September 4th.
Goood morning, Fandom! It's that Summer girl here again with your Friday morning report on Thursday, so let's get right into it!
Starting, of course, with SCHOOL and a new line up of classes to go with the new semester, and this time, we've got PE, which had Cara throwing balls at students running laps while doing introductions, because apparently being in PE wasn't bad enough, the Art of Ma explored an art gallery and picked a favorite, then Functioning Governments learned what kind of governments everyone was used to before taking a poll about voting.
And we also need to take a moment to wish Karolina 'Stu' Dean a happy 65th birthday.
*sound of noisemakers and chittering cheers*
Moving on, we've got nothing in the DORMS, so let's get to the TOWN.
The morning had Steve-Not-Steeeeve and Danny finding Booker sleeping on a park bench, which makes me think that mayyyybe I should have checked in on him before his class, but, hey, also, it's not my fault his class isn't until today. Also, general PSA, don't sleep on the park benches. Shunsui sleeps on those benches. You could probably actually literally catch something from those benches. Anyway, Danny's an apartment guy, so I guess that all worked out in the end.
Nina also got portaled onto the beach this morning--man, this place has really got to stop just throwing people on beaches!--and called on Liam to come help her out and catch her up, because that can, like, totally be a rough transition, man.
Lucifer was doing his whole 'let's see how many diabetics we can make cry today' bit at J,GoB with a tiny mountain of chocolate croissants, catching up on his phone. He convinced Octavia to partake in a treat easily, but the conversation that followed took a little more effort.
Sabine was working on an improved paintball gun at Wellspring, when she wasn't complimenting Miles on his artwork and warning him about some of the [BEEP]ed up [BEEP] we get around here down in the warehouse district.
And Amaya was working on a table or something, I guess.
Jaye's Philosophy class at the community center did introductions and talked about what they were even doing there, which, really, okay, fair. Philosophy!
And Eric was thinking up Oktoberfest ideas for the Devil's Nest that Lucifer dismissed, hold your shock and surprise, everyone.
With that, we've reached the final note, and I've got [BEEP] to do, so we'll see you next time, Fandom. Summer OUT!
