Fandom Radio: Friday, August 7th.
Gooood morning, everyone! Summer Smith here, once again, with another oh-so-thrilling squirrel radio report! Please, contain your excitement. Let's just get right to it.
In SCHOOL, Happy Funtime Friend Adventures got to work on sweet talking your bartender, which is an excellent lesson, always sweet talk your bartender!, Cupcake Skirmishes worked with nut butters, and Fandom Gladiators played Powerball.
We actually have some DORM notes today! Astrid was working on a new painting in her room, which will now include baguette-weilding murder clowns by way of Sabine's suggestion, and Tahani was freaking out about a rabbit or a lamb and something to do with Elton John? The details are unclear, but way clearer than they should be since apparently most of this was on her phone, which meant the squirrels were getting way too close to begin with, but, either way, whatever privacy they were invading, it ended in the need for a good hat for being disraught.
In TOWN, Mayor Jesse discovered the joys of filling out incident reports around here at Town Hall, while Octavia decided to glower around a Duke-less Luke's for pretty much the whole day, and filled Danny in on there being one of those fun little communication breakdowns that seems to happen around here. Liam met up with Rey at Chilly Boulder for some ice cream and a celebration of spotenaity, which I will always support.
At the Devil's Nest, Eric decided to take a break from taking cheap shots at the competition and took cheap shots at cardboard cut-outs of some guy named Beeeeeeeeeell that he finds annoying with axes, as he explained to Lucifer, before proving that he also had questionable taste in music by disagreeing with Jaskier that T. Swift is awesome, but Jaskier was definitely quick to suggest something bawdier for the evening, if you know what I mean.
And that's a pretty good note to end on, if I do say so myself, and not just because that's literally the last note, so there's no choice but to end on it. Now, I've got some stuff to go do, so we will see you all later.
