Good morning, everyone, Tahani al-Jamil here and let me assure you the woodchuck fashion line I am working on will be groundbreaking once I find some less stroppy woodchucks to work with. And no, I'm not high on painkillers, I'm just reliving yesterday's shenanigan in the park, which was "dress up wildlife in clothing and not get bitten." Or in our case, hit with wood because the woodchucks here are incredibly rude. Magnus and Mae chatted beforehand about the greatness of food on sticks and decided that we need an entire festival celebrating them. The food, not Magnus and Mae. In the competition portion, there was an alot dressed in Fourth of July swimwear, a gremlin in formalwear, a teal deer in a winter cape, an uncooperative woodchuck, and a porg in lingerie, which believe me, was traumatizing for all of us.
In town, Shunsui wondered when National Nap Day was because Apu was puttinggether an ode to National Eat Your Vegetables Day at T&C. Summer had appletini Jello shots at Caritas and Seivarden and she discussed how Summer would like her birthday party to remain genocide-free again this year.

Duke is at the beach without Rey but with Octavia, so I'm going to assume that means he'll stop drinking and being super dramatic. Which was really the best part of reading the notes the last few weeks, honestly. I do love a juicy, doomed love story. Lucille dealt with a sentient six-foot rat much better than I did at the park.
