Fandom Radio, Thursday (10/24)
Beau: Oh hey, Fandom, 'sup. We all recovered from vacation yet?
Keyleth: I feel like I am. It's so weird, though. Isn't half the point of vacation having some down time to recover and relax?
Beau: I mean, sure. I don't know. Maybe. W-- GAH WHAT THE [BEEP]?
Keyleth: Uh, are you okay?
Beau: Did you not see that clown over in the corn -- oh, it's gone. That's . . . that's [BEEP]ing great.
Keyleth: I don't see -- oh. *high-pitched laugh* Okay, so how about we get through these really quick and get out of here?
Beau: I'm into it. Here, take the School notes.
Keyleth: As usual. Professor Skywalker was pretty sick today, but that didn't stop him from coming in and teaching today's Ethics class about how to be supportive and comforting without being creepy and nosy about it.
Beau: That sounds like a lot of work.
Keyleth: So You Want to Be a Pirate! learned about pirate food, and I think the main takeaway from that lesson is that it's revolting.
Beau: Valid.
Keyleth: Aaaaand Elisabeth was asleep at the library, and I'm guessing she's not recovered from vacation yet.
Beau: Town was pretty chill too. Sabine was, like, trying to keep the porgs out of her warehouse where all the paint and chemical fumes are. Shunsui was at Turtle and Canary and there's a whole bunch of, like, question marks and exclamation points scribbled in the margins on this one. I think the squirrels are kinda freaked that he showed up at work two days in a row. Understandable. Octavia showed up to do some shopping and try the Boston Cream Pie Squishy. That, uh. Is a weird four word sequence and I don't know how unsettled I should be by it.
Rey was at the Perk trying to figure out what the [BEEP] to do with all the tiny little pumpkins we had instead of pocket change, which was kinda convenient when I went there, since I had something to give her anyway, and then we ended up talking about, like, culture shock and [BEEP] like that.
Speaking of which, we have no other [BEEP] like that to report on today, so aren't you all lucky? Talk at y'all next week.
