Fandom Radio, Wednesday, March 20, 2019

Right, it's another Wednesday, so here I am. Yay.

In classes, Make It Fashion cut out the patterns they made last week, so expect a bunch of people in pajama pants soon or something. Problem Solving Through Science was making a better umbrella, and Let's Pretend and Apparently Get High School Credit For It class defeated fake demons last week so now they get to go on an ocean adventure.

In town, Éponine was dealing with static cling at the post office, only all of the mail was sticking to itself. You are not getting paid enough to work there, Éponine. Astrid was sketching out tattoo designs instead of doing actual work at the flower shop--your lack of attention to your job has been noticed, Astrid--and Norman was doing a work-related inventory at the Magic Shop. It was all strawberry and banana related, but that's just because this place is insane. Speaking of insane, Dr. Lecter was hosting his therapy hours--go, all of you--and had far too many flamingos on his lawn. Like...the plastic kind? They strike me as kinda tacky for him--

*chittering*

Right. Live, real flamingos. So much more normal. Someone named Leto--Leeeeto? LET-o?--whoever, he's back and he's drinking coffee and then he gets pounced on by Sparkle. Gross, adults. Get a room.

*chittering*

...they apparently also discuss that. Wow. So much oversharing in public. Hernando stopped by as well to tell him that he serves terrible coffee at his tea shop and that Sparkle got hurt a few weeks back. Hernando needs to work on his small talk.

*chittering*

It's not mean, it's honest.

And Dr. Lecter stopped by to say hello and to tell Leto that Sparkle...stabbed people or something with the knives Leto gave him. What the hell, people. I know the rest of you are all "yay, violence is cool!" but NO. Caritas had nice, non-violent fruit last night: just a ton of it. Rosa got some of it in a bellini, Kitty asked Kanan if it would be too early to get the baby started on solids just to get rid of some of it, and then offered all of it to Éponine. And apparently there's a chicken invasion at the Onsen, which means way too many adults were there to see it. Did any of the chickens fall in and make chicken bro--

*chittering*

Oh. Summer made that joke already. Fjord was there, too, and saying hello to Summer before getting absolutely confused by Summer's Paul Bunyan reference. Miguel stuck to being confused by the chickens, which is frankly a running theme among all of these adults: Miguel, Jack, Summer, Kaidan, Fjord and Hernando. Sitting around in swimsuits, talking about chickens. Being a grown-up is even more boring than I thought.

And on that bit of knowledge, I'm out of here. Enjoy your day.

WHY AM I IN MY PAJAMAS AGAIN?
