Fandom Radio; Thursday, November 22nd.
'Morning, Fandom. And Happy Thanksgiving, I suppose. Amaya Blackstone here, bringing you the usual notes on Wednesday, which isn't much today, so this should be real quick, and you can all get right back to eating turkey and watching football or whatever it is this holiday's about.
Right, so, in SCHOOL, Humanoid Health and First Aid was canceled in light of the holiday, though the students were asked to ponder the sorts of injuries likely to occur because of it, Mad Kings and Queens discussed Juana I de Castilla, and Nailed It! got to deep-fry their turkeys and enjoy a full Thanksgiving spread.
Nothing for the DORMS this time around, as far as I can tell, but in TOWN, Peter was trying to make sure the kittenwillow didn't accidentally get shipped out with any centerpieces at Covent Garden, Sparkle swung by Atton's place to check up on him, threatening him with holiday cheer and togetherness, and I sent Fjord home from his shift at the Forge, because beating a sword with a hangover is just a fast path to pain and misery.
Liam's dealing with a lot of cranberry sauce at the Trooper Station, where Fjord, who should have been home resting, had to pop in to report on a raccoon up and stealing his attempts to chase his hangover with a little hair of the dog that bit him. And I might normally say it serves him right, but, if I'm honest, I just feel bad for the poor guy. Kaidan also stopped by to check up on Liam, and they wound up taking a walk, a walk on which the squirrels were definitely not invited.
