Good morning, everyone, and yes, the squirrels have followed me all the way to Greece.

*chittering*

And they've brought Greek relatives. I'm sure Sabine will be thrilled. Let's get this done, kids.

There aren't any classes this week, and the dorms are quiet because we're all here, but the town still has townsfolk, so they are doing boring grown-up things that I have to tell you about. Some guy named Ronan appeared out of literal nowhere and landed on the beach, so that's nice and normal. Sparke recognized him--so Ronan's been here before--and assured him that the island is just as insane as always, at which point Ronan disappeared again because he has sense.

*chittering*

Oh. He didn't do that. Bad move. He then met new Kaidan and mentioned that he'd been roommates with the older version of Kaidan and ow, my brain. Peter was also out wandering the beach--no doubt wishing it was as nice as the one in Greece, which it's not--and made sure to invite Ronan to old people movie night. Liam was doing tai chi in the park, where Verity found him after absolutely not stalking him through town, and was definitely not checking up on him after the weekend's weirdness. Kanan and his dog interrupted Liam, too, and talked about how nice it was that half the island was gone, and also all the dead people.

*chittering*

I'm summarizing. Eponine was working at the post office, unlike Kitty, so there's no recap of adults being drunk in a bar this week. I know you're sad about that. Kaidan and Kanan had their weekly meeting of names I mix up club where they also talk about dead people.

And now on to the vacation! During the day, Vette and Nina were outside the hotel where Nina caught Vette up about the whole "dead people visited" last weekend thing. Vette. Listen to the radio. It'll help. On the boardwalk, Nina stopped for groceries, Amaya was checking out the local food and markets, and Rosa was texting home for updates on her dog. Woooow, you guys are getting too darn close to know that.

*chittering*

No, it's not just good journalism. At the marina, Sidon was taking a swim and freaking out the locals, Fjord was negotiating for fresh fish, Prompto was taking alllll the dolpin tours, and so was Yang. And a bunch of you were on the beach--hopefully with sunscreen if you weren't using a parasol, Karolina -- and that's where Fjord found Carter to apologize for missing class last week. Sabine and Astrid also chatted about how great the beach was and exchanged who they had as roommates this week and for the record am a freaking delightful roommate.

In the evening, Sidon was out in the common area of the apartment complex, which was where Vette came to check up on him. Lana also got to hear about Sidon's day of swimming and fun. Over on the boardwalk, Sabine got to hear about my slight miscommunication with one of the restaurant workers who now hates me for no good reason, Rosa found a way to drink on a Tuesday night despite not being in Fandom, Beaker managed to find a way to get chased by a turtle because of course he did, and Dante was taking...whatever Dark Nation is...for a run on the beach.

I'll bet it's another peanut butter and jelly demon and everyone else is just okay with it. Have a good time today everyone. Try to learn something. We are on a school trip.
