In the dorms, Sidon brought back that fish thing to show his roommate, who was appropriately horrified.
In town, things were busier.
Mitsutada worked in his garden and Kaidan jogged past and asked about the tomatoes. Then they talked about swords. Swords.
Despite the heat Amaya was working on her building. Miguel was surprised that anyone could work in this heat. Kaidan invited Amaya to a beach party.
Dante was working at Groovy Tunes and cared more about guitars than the heat. Do they have AC or is he just obsessed with guitars?
Cristina was working at the clinic and was apparently concerned about you, squirrels.

Iris had tea at Pick Your Poison. I do recommend their tea. Jono showed up and complained about a class on sexy brooding. Having a bunch of teenagers practicing sexy brooding sounds terrible, I’ve seen enough of those.
Liam was frowning over paperwork at the station. I’m sure you can get Rosa to help you. Wait, you do paperwork? Rosa, did you really do that when I reported Issa missing? Or wasn’t that worthy of your attention? Anyway, Verity stopped by to talk about… clubs, harpies and ghouls?
Kanan was meditating in the park rather than doing sword fighting, which I have to say was sensible. I didn’t interrupt, I just brought Issa to play with Stance. When Rey showed up, Kanan suggested water guns for next week. That sounds like an improvement. Because of the heat, obviously. Kanan and Tip talked about the heat too. Kaidan thought Kanan was wearing too much clothes and got him to take his boots off. Um, sweaty boots? Then he invited him to the beach party. Peter didn’t get why Kanan shouldn’t wear clothes but thinks he should own two pairs of boots. That makes sense I suppose. Hera brought cold drinks and thought Kanan looked hot.
That was a lot of talk about Kanan’s clothes and whether he was hot. Just so you know, Kanan, I don’t care about what are wearing.

In the evening Kaidan organized a beach party. I was there, and Kaidan thought I was wearing too much clothes. Yes, yes, I am going to buy something better suited to the weather.

Kanan had listened to all the complaints and wore trunks that… showed off his legs? Really, squirrels? Anyway, Kaidan approved. There is nothing in the notes whether Hera approved or not. Amaya brought beer and Iris asked if she could have one. Kaidan asked what Amaya had been working on in the heat, and she explained about her forge. She also preferred to talk about her forge with Kanan rather than his clothes, which I’m sure he appreciated. Mitsutada wore gloves like a civilized person. Miguel and Peter was wearing swimsuits. Was this secretly a fashion show? Sparkle could have been the judge, although I probably wouldn’t have won. Kaidan was also playing with Stance, which was good since I didn’t bring Issa. I’m quite sure she wouldn’t have liked it.
Now that was all, and I hope you all find something suitable to wear today.
