--I don't want to wake… huh? What? How did you get here? We're on a boat!
Ringo, Ringo--it's a squirrel. Oh, no good, she's still sleeping. Why couldn't you have woken her up instead? Huh? You, you want me to read these? But they're smelly! And you're kind of smelly too!
*offended chittering*
You'll go away if I read these? Ringo, why aren't you awake? Ringo, Ringo, Ringo!
*insistent chittering*
I'm going to tell my Papas on you! But fine, I’ll read these first!
In School, which I'm not going to this summer, Anakin had podraces going on in Flight & Flying. Sabine and Theron talked about why Anakin had braids and how they were less important than handstands. Braids are prettier, though, and I'm sure Anakin looked really nice! And he's really helpful too since he was going to help Breq fix her racer-thing! Tony and Steve were teaching Physical Education but no one was watching the movie, really. I'm sure they all liked your class anyway, Tony and Steve! Don't feel bad! Laying Low for Beginners was taught by Caleb and it was about questions. Then people had to pair up and talk and talk and talk about questions! And also about Caleb's braid.
I'm sure Caleb looks just fine and you're all being very rude about how other people like to do their hair.
At least Sabine was nice, since she offered to help Caleb out! And Tip suggested he think of this as super special training! That was nice too!
Nothing was going on in the Dorms, probably because it's summer and everyone's outside because no one has to stay in their rooms on the island!
Over in Town a lot of things were going on! I'm glad you were all having such a great time!
Kaylin was practicing on the stage over at Groovy Tunes. A dance, maybe? I bet she's really pretty while dancing! And Jenkins was over at The Magic Box reading, when Peter came in, all confused and talking a different language. And Prince Sidon—a real prince, that's amazing!—was at Furnado where all the fishies were sad about a fishie he'd brought with him.
At The Perk, Cristina was enjoying… oh. Reading about human hearts? That's, well, I guess that's okay. Are you okay, Cristina? And then Rosa-Emily, sorry the notes are confused about her name, came in and was mean to Cristina and Christina was mean back and that doesn't sound like fun at all! Why are you two being mean to each other? Kaidan came in and Cristina told him he had whipped cream on his chin. That's… a little nicer! Much better than reading about people fighting!
And—oh! Hihihihi! Papa Hannibal, hi hi! Papa Hannibal came in and talked to Cristina about being a doctor and the heart and oh! Cristina wants to be a doctor! That makes so much more sense now!
Over at Luke's Diner, Alec was helping out by peeling potatoes! Parker came in and they talked about Santa and Narnia and finding Christmas in the freezer! With snowshoes!
Can you find Christmas in a freezer? I thought it was a day, not a thing, but maybe I didn't understand?
Caleb and Miguel were sad that they were singled out to work instead of just getting to pay for food like everyone else. Alec thought it was maybe racism, but were told it was work instead and Caleb was nice to Alex, which is good. I like Caleb a lot. Is he a new student? I can't wait to meet him!
Then… oh. Oh. Elliot came in and was a BIG MEANIE AND THE WORST to Alec. I'm glad that Cristina showed up to hit Elliot in the head with her heart-book and help Alec.
Elliot, you big jerk! Don't hurt people! Hit him again, Cristina!
The staff at Luke's Diner stuffed Elliot in the freezer. Good. But not good because Parker was there and they also had a fight.
Don't you dare hurt Parker, Elliot! Papa Jono, make Elliot be nice!
Cristina continued being really nice as she brought Alec to the clinic—you put him in the clinic, Elliot?!?!—and helped patch him up.
Can someone buy Alec an ice cream and give him a hug for me? I'm not there, so I can't do it myself, but I know when I'm upset those things help me, so…
In non-mean-people news, Peter was teaching Modern Entertainment at the community center. But he was mostly confused. Oh, poor Peter. Amaya and Kaidan talked about doing what the squirrels tell them to do. And were nice to each other. Caleb continued being really nice to everyone as he talked to Peter and—ooooh, Peter doesn't understand English! That must be so scary! Peter and Seivarden couldn't understand each other.
Caleb and Kaidan tried to figure out why the movie wasn't blue. Was, was it supposed to be blue? While Peter watched over Caleb's shoulder as he figured out how to make the movie start. And Kaidan was looking for Peter but they didn't understand each other.
At least they were nice to each other.
After the movie, Caleb hung out with Rosa-Emily and got his hair dyed pink. Caleb is awesome and huh? What? Wait a minute—
*muffled conversation*
-- oh! But I don’t have a present? And that’s okay? Ringo, Ringo, Ringo! We have a birthday party to get to! Wake up! Wake up! Let’s go! Bye bye, everyone! Love you, Papa Jono! Love you, Papa Hannibal!
