Hey, Fandom. This is Kanan. The squirrels got me out of bed for this, because they have no respect for the sick.
*Chittering*
Yes, I know it's a 24-hour bug, yes, I do feel better, but I'm spitefully hoping I'm still contagious. I might sneeze on you all if you don't give me the notes and let me get this over with.
Okay. Good. Short broadcast today, and all in town, where Dante was in his kitchen, putting seaweed in water in an attempt to teach himself how to make soup. Kathy caught him in the act, and after he explained that it was for her birthday next December he agreed to let her supervise. Breq swung by to visit, too, and she and Dante chatted about seaweed in food, and Japan and its music.
Then, at Luke's, Miguel covered my shift while I was under the weather, making up for his own missed shift where he was under the weather. I owe him a drink or something for this. And now somebody else understands my pancake trauma.
So, that's all? That's all. I'm going back to bed.
