*chittering*
*sigh*
*chittering?*
You're new, aren't you?
*amused chittering*
Oh, goody. I'm being used to haze the new arrival. Look, I can't take the notes; just hold them up, will you?
Thank you.
Yesterday apparently we got some transfer squirrels. In other news, as if that weren't noteworthy enough, there were classes! At a school; imagine that.
The Creative Inspirations class took a field trip to an ossuary in the Czech Republic. And they didn't invite me? I know bones! I could tell all kinds of stories! Well, that's lack of thoughtfulness for you. After the introduction they got to look around ... morbid discussion, everything's metal, piggyback ride, blah blah blah ... then they all headed back to the classroom for whatever it inspired them to do.
After that, the class supposedly known as Etiquette but that the squirrels have christened "Watching the Danger Shop Vex Obi-Wan" was to have a lesson on how to be polite at a dinner party when the food's dangerous, alive, or just plain disgusting. Obi-Wan gave a little lecture and everyone sat down as he left, and then...am I reading this right?
*chittering*
Right. And then, and I quote, "ALL THE FOOD TURNS INTO A BUNCH OF RAMPAGING ALOTS OF FOOD WHOOPS". The students had a bit of time to try rounding them up before Obi-Wan came back, found out things had gone pear-shaped, and apparently cursed rather creatively, not that the squirrels bothered to write that down. That would've been useful! Well, any road, Obi-Wan was around to talk when he wasn't beating his head against hard objects, and the TA Soren completely failed at not laughing about it all. Sometimes that's really all you can do.
And then Beach Fitness played in the water pretty much any way they wanted to.
Hm. And apparently the dorms were deathly dull, so we'll skip straight to town.
Emma Swan was at Wonka's, where the gummy bears are apparently up in arms against cruelty, and Eliot was at Luke's in a haute cuisine mood, so despite the fact that staff insisted they weren't that fancy, the special yesterday was squid ink pasta. Is that really a thing? Ew. Obi-Wan's class might've come in handy there!
And then there was Psionics class, where Emma Frost talked about ways to enhance your abilities. *snicker* Psychically, anyway. Which involved mostly drugs and something called a Ghost Suit. We could check it all out and ask questions, which meant that Jono asked about how the suit worked and he and Emma discussed how to use that to make his collar work again, Eliot checked out the drugs and got warned against some combinations, and Hardison asked a ton of questions about how the suit works, so Emma made him promise he wouldn't use it to hurt anyone. Afterwards, Jack brought coffee for Emma - teacher's pet - and they talked about how class had gone. And flirted. Mostly flirted.
Is that everything?
*chittering*
Hazing all out of your system? Can I go now? Trick question. Good-bye.
