Fandom Radio, Tuesday, January 27
Cosette: Good morning again, Fandom!
Éponine: Oh, we'll see about that. It's early yet.
Cosette: You know, I don't believe you're half as annoyed as you'd have us believe you are.
Éponine: You don't, do you? Shows how much you -- *sigh* Look here, just get on with it.
Cosette: Yes, let's. It's fun, doing this. Let's see -- oh! In Adulting class we learned about how to find an apartment, and had to talk about what we thought rent ought to cost and what we think an apartment ought to have, and then we got to go look at two different apartments. But not really, though, since it was in the Danger Shop, and it was nice of Mademoiselle Pryde to see that it was warm.
Éponine: Did she? That was nice of you, Kitty. Speaking of warm, at least it's warm in here for now.
Cosette: See? That's something to be pleased about. And in Baking we learned about yeast, and how to bake bread, and did you know yeast is actually a living creature?
Éponine: No, and I don't think I wanted to, but see if that stops me from eating bread. Hey, squirrels, let's see that next note, shall we? Mis-Intelligence watched a television program about spies in class today, and had an assignment to watch the rest of it on their own time. I don't think I'd mind that kind of schoolwork now and again myself.
Cosette: I don't think anyone does, really. Isabelle got back to the dorms from a trip home and eventually was paid a visit by Flick who . . . well . . .
Éponine: What she's too busy blushing to say is they took a shower together. There, see, how hard was that to say? And what's this about Kitty moving in with Clint? You two picked a fine time to do that, with it snowing and all, and having to worry about tracking that in as well as what to do with all of your things in one place. I've seen your apartment, Kitty. I don't envy you that task. I don't much envy Travis the cold he's likely to get from sitting out on the beach in that weather, seeing as I've got to be out in it myself most of today.
Cosette: Perhaps Hatter had the right idea, staying inside at Cafe Fina where it was nice and warm, and drinking tea while watching the snow fall. Eliot was not so lucky, since trouble with the freezer at Luke's must not have made for a very peaceful day. He wasn't terribly happy about the freezer troubles, or disovering there was moose jerky in there.
Éponine: That seems a bit silly. All right, that's the last of those notes, and now if you squirrels'll be so kind as to give me a bottle or two like you agreed to, I'll be on my way.
Cosette: As will I. Have a pleasant day, everyone, and stay warm!
