Are you karking kidding me with the rodent wake-up call? I don't even work for you--
*emphatic chittering, sounds of things being thrown*
OWOWOWOW. Fine. Fine. Give me the karking notes. This is Cade, being held captive by some angry karking rodents and I can totally see why Kitty didn't show up this morning. Furry karking terrorists.
Since yesterday was Sunday, no one was doing anything up at the school, which is good because if you were at school on a Sunday during the summer, you're just the saddest person ever. In the dorms, Barry's watching a horrible movie on the television in the fifth floor common room. There's a lot of those to choose from. Nathan comes in and gets a brief education on terrible movies--hopefully including why Nic Cage movies should just be avoided forever--and Barry lets him borrow his tablet so Nathan can watch decent movies in his own room. Pretty nice of you, Barry. If you let me borrow a tablet, I will almost certainly not sell it on eBay. Nathan and Kathy talk about why no one really cooks--probably because when you order lo mein for one they throw in enough egg rolls to feed the school--Cecil and his hell-bird that was my roommate in the weird haunted house came in and talked to Barry about his date. Cecil also said he'd put in a good word with the squirrels for you--
*scoffing*
They say it won't work. Kathy meets Foucalt--the weird bird thing--and everyone gets an egg sandwich, and Kathy gets pulled into a discussion with Barry about the companies he's incorporating. Dude, it's way too early in the morning to read about kuso like that.
In town, Hannibal's brooding or something at his house, and Ben and Ender celebrated Ben's birthday on the beach--kark, was that yesterday? Oops. Anders decorated the magic store with more Halloween decorations and it's not even August. That poodoo's just not right.
I'm going back to bed, so everyone be quiet on your way to classes, okay? Thanks.
