"This... is Handsome Jack." With a flair for the dramatic and/or obnoxious. "How's your morning been? Probably pretty ordinary, huh? I can't see such a tiny island getting much excitement, so while I understand – trust me, I really really do – that strangers rolling into town and bustling around is pants-wettingly super duper exciting for all you folks, please don't get in the way of my workers. They are veeery busy and don't like being disturbed."
Geez, Jack, was that condescending tone really necessary?

"Anyway, it's nothing for you to worry about. So fret not, and go enjoy a few of the best Hyperion Mooby burgers money can bye! 'Kay, bye!"
