Fandom Radio, Tuesday, April 2nd
Um... Hi! I'm Evan! I guess I'm reading the notes today? I mean, I think that's why the squirrels led me here. I'm no good at charades and I don't speak squirrel.
*Chittering*
... No, really. I think they're trying to tell me that the usual guy is off horseback riding but they keep shaking their heads and looking disgusted with me, and I didn't even know squirrels could look disgusted. So, maybe I should just take this stack of notes and... It looks like you guys tapped this out on the paper in morse code, but I'll just blame that on whatever it was that had people missing things yesterday, okay? I think that's maybe for the best.
I'll start with these notes from the School, since that's what people usually do, right? Philosophy class watched a movie about a guy who gave up- can I talk about that on the radio? He went chaste for Lent, let's say. Which I guess was an uncomfortable topic for the students in that class. I can kind of guess why. American Feminism talked about the Triangle Waist Factory Fire. In Flight class we got to fly snowspeeders around on Hoth, which was neat. We paired up, and Victor and Karolina were a little awkward about that, and then we got into the sims and Cade and Emily talked about front and rear instruments and Topher and Anakin Solo talked about who has experience, and whether it's hard, and...
Um...
William was having trouble shelving books in the library! Principal Winchester was getting e-mails from the school board, and Dean stopped by to tell her that he was finally settling in, and he got Sam's phone number from her. Wow these notes today...
In the Dorms, Stacey was selling Prom tickets in the lobby. Stiles woke up to find Cheetos on his windowsill, which is maybe something a bird might have left there while nesting or something? Sia was attempting to do her homework, but Atton had no idea why she was doing homework - homework is important! - and wouldn't let her go to Baltimore with him, so I don't know what he expected her to do except for her homework anyway. Gert kind of gave up on trying to be coordinated and flopped down on her bed yesterday. I know how that feels, Gert. Stephanie had the same idea, but Tony stopped by with a cupcake and a candle to celebrate his birthday with, and ended up smushing it in Stephanie's face... Uh... Happy Birthday, Tony?
Jim took off his shirt so that he could go jogging. I'm... pretty sure they make shirts for that, Jim! You can buy them on the island! You can! Sparkle was grumpy in his room and petting a baby panther, when that baby panther turned into Alec, but naked, and I - I - I... Jessica was watching baseball in the fifth floor common room!
Oh boy.
Now for notes from Town, I guess? Professor Alenko got back to 33 Apoc-- why do we have that street name?! He got back from a trip and Professor Lyman told him there was coffee and they talked about the heat and a party and whether Professor Alenko looked good? And Sam and Natalie met at the Arms for for for reasons. I'm not reading that note!
So, um, there are some flowers, and there's some pollen, and I guess that's responsible for a lot of the notes I'm about to be handed? Like how Natalie was at the Perk working on a song before Sam showed up and they didn't talk much before going to the hotel to do that thing with that note that I didn't read because this is a radio broadcast. Cade was cranky at Stark Industries, and Alice made a sign at Freedom Arms, and Surreal was clumsy and unhappy about it at the Magic Box, and Priestly hurt his hand trying to pick up a ladle at Luke's and Hanna couldn't focus at Demon Marcus and now I'm going to breathe!
*Inhale.* ... *Slooow exhale.*
Okay. Jack Priest was knocking things over at the Devil's Nest. April asked for a Red Bull and they started talking about a Spandex Night at Caritas... Why? What's the big deal about spandex? Everyone I know back home wears it. Professor Alenko asked Jack if there was anything he needed from the store, and then Jack asked how biotics can be used for- STOP THAT. Professor Hale and Jack talked about space and Jell-O shots and about going running. Éponine brought the mail just to be flirted with by Jack, which is rude, Jack. She's trying to work! Jack talked to Eric about being old versus being pretty, and Eric promised April that he wouldn't give her dead things in order to get to sleep wi- Um. Ew. And Professor Solo sent Eric a text to tell him to have fun, because she was getting out of here, and I kinda don't blame her. Dead things?
Professor Tyler was stuck behind the bar at Caritas since Professor Solo fled the island, and the zombies were playing-- you know... music from dirty movies. She got a drink for Mr. Constantine and they talked about how he was going to pay her for them since she's not technically a Caritas employee and later they... you know. They left together, anyhow. I can't believe I'm still reading these. Professor Starsmore and Mr. Constantine met for drinks and talked about pollen and color-changing paint and... can we just talk about the color-changing paint some more? Dean and Professor Tyler flirted over beer, but she's not really okay with his face and he's not really okay with the zombies. Dr. Navaan was uncoordinated like the rest of us but said she couldn't remember getting drunk, so Professor Starsmore suggested that she get drunk, and then they talked about you know what they talked about, trust me. She tried to kiss Mr. Constantine, too, but kinda missed, so they talked about flowers and he sent her Professor Starsmore's way, before Professor Tyler told her it was probably a bad idea to get n-n-naked in the bar.
Oh boy.
Is... is that everything? I gotta go. I mean. I need to- I have studying to do and I'm going to go and walk my dog for hours and bye.
