Fandom Radio [Friday, November 9, 2012]
Good morning, Fandom! Rilla Blythe here, hoping that this weekend won't be full of weddings, double-crosses and leaving babies in churches...
*chittering*
Yes, I know you had fun watching, but that's hardy the point.
In classes, Drama held auditions for our Christmas play. I think I didn't completely disgrace myself in my try out, but I suppose I'll find out next week. In Mr. Warner's class that shouldn't even pretend to be geography these days, we played video games to explore stereotypes about nations. Canada wasn't even included as far as I can tell! Wild Roving learned about really silly local laws, like not carrying an ice cream cone in your pocket. Who tried that the first time?
Miss Solo stopped by Mr. Skywalker's office today to apologise for stealing his baby over the weekend and to figure out what could go wrong next year: she's thinking she should marry Mr. Winchester. Lacrosse watched an inspirational speech today, then played in a bouncy castle. Jims adores bouncy castles. Mr. Stilinski was staring at Mr. Wittemore, who wasn't pleased by the blatant rudeness, and I can't blame him.
In the dormitories, Mr. Brink was watching Celebrities Driving Reasonably Priced Cars on television in the third floor common room. No one joined him, which is a shame because that show sounds fascinating!

No, I'm in earnest. It sounds very interesting.
In town, Miss Keller was trying to figure what she did the night before--I recommend listening to the radio--but then she went to the Perk where Miss Pryde was texting people on her phone and tried to figure out her evening. I suppose that works just as well. Miss Pryde also teased Mr.Stilinski about the bruises on his neck that he received from Mr. Hale over the weekend: the strange man from the woods? That doesn't seem very romantic to me. Miss Keller also refused to believe Mr. Stilinski's protests that he was not at all interested in Mr. Hale. I believe you, Mr. Stilinski. Miss Pryde and Mr. Blum compared the pastries they were having for dinner--that cannot be healthy--and Miss Keller updated Mr. Blum on her quest to find him companionship, which would probably not include Mr. Hale because of the bruises he left on Mr. Stilinski's neck.
Finally, Miss [Kenzi's last name] had drinks on special at Caritas in celebration of the Yankee election season being over. Did everyone vote Tory? I wasn't paying attention.
That's everything from yesterday! Enjoy today.
