Fandom Radio, Saturday Morning
Loki: --and I remain uncertain as to the legitimate humanity of many of those gymnasts. Oh, we're on! Greetings, Fandom! I am Loki and I bring you the tidings of the island this morning.
In the school, Kaidan explained VI and AI and then allowed them to imprint a personality onto a drone. I am certain no harm could ever come of that. Yakko showed his class a movie that apparently deeply depressed Ace. Our esteemed Captain of America dismissed his class after a brief lecture. Lucky. And, finally, our Principal had trouble deciding on a message for home.
In the dorms, Anakin the junior at cereal and watched soccer. Or is it football? I am unsure. Sia arrived and they discussed death, animals, and an empire of some sort. I shall assume Roman judging by the topics. William arrived and discussed the challenges of a net that large. Riiiight. And then Victor arrived to root for team Mexico and discuss their remote upbringings.
Later on, Sparkle sang to himself as he made a sandwich. And then had to explain what it was he was singing to Thomasina as she is from the past. Someone really ought to purchase her a computer. They make it so much easier to catch up on all the popular culture one might have missed. Victor arrived to comment on how dirty the song Sparkle was singing. Ah, a limmerick! Always... not terribly clever, I must admit.
In town, Kenzi dined upon edible body paint and candy. I would hope candy would be edible, yes. Toby discovered that the droids at Goodvalor's were very interested in water polo. Despite it appearing to be a more homoerotic version of soccer. In water. I do not see the appeal. Peeta was in an excellent mood as he made cupcakes at work. I would very much like some of them, Peeta. And Cassidy busied herself with organizing the books at Book Haven.
Liara fed the ducks in the park with Jonothon arrived to discuss being oddly colored and singing. I do not believe the two are meant to be related, however. Ben recieved bad news at Stark's before Ender arrived to discuss said bad news. Clint--who owes me an apology for being quite rude and brainwashed--was catching up on the archery results of the Olympics. He recieved visits from Tyrion and Peeta concerning his attempts on their lives. Natalie--do you mean Natasha? No?--arrived to hear she missed little save for drinking and repression. How healthy of you all!
At the Devil's Nest, the owner was back and apparently blonde. He was not before? He was called by both Jaina and Sookie concerning a case of death one of them caught. It does not last long, I can assure you.
At Caritas there was an Olympics viewing party that was most entertaining. Kitty informed Atton that he was her best customer. I believe I have read enough on the internet to know where that conversation is going. Luke and I discussed which countries to root for and why a blade that does not harm mortals is a silly idea. It is a piece of sharp metal, it ought to harm everyone. Sarah and Luke made japes at each other as that is how many people here bond. Coulson and Kaidan discussed who they should be rooting for as well. It was quite the conundrum.
Mine brother and I expressed our great enthusiasm over the games as well. Clint who continues to owe me an apology spoke with Thor as well. Kitty was surprised to learn my name and then adamently refused to be on my Tumblr. It was hardly fair of her. Kitty and Luke discussed the games and also my brother and myself. I am not a brat. I am simply... complicated. Sarah and Kitty discussed the improbably likelihood that the athletes were entirely, unenhanced humans before the conversation turned to kissing of fish people. Really, I do not believe Namor would enjoy being called a 'fish person'. He seems terribly sensitive to such things.
Jack and Kitty discussed which countries they would be perfectly fine with losing in their events. I don't know if I want anyone in particular to lose. Is Latveria competing? Coulson thanked Kitty for putting the party together. It was quite fun, yes. Clint did not apologize to me, but he did learn about the magical protections of the club from Kitty. And then somehow ended up shirtless and wet. I do not believe that is a good way to end the evening, Barton. Finally, Clint and Coulson discussed the attempted murder and how Captain America's shield was used at one point.
And that will be all there is to report! Have a good day, fair citizens of Fandom.
