Fandom Radio, Sunday 2/11/07
Hola, Fandom! You're listening to Nadia Santos on WTFH. Unless, of course, you're not. Maybe you're only half listening, or only listening to your name or something to find out what people are saying about you, or the names of your friends, which means that you're missing out on all kinds of other information. And, well, I can't have that, can I?
LOBSTER POPSICLE!
There, did that get your attention? Good. And I promise not to fall asleep on air, tonight. In fact, I have an entire pot full of double espresso shot coffee on hand just to make sure I don't. Coffeecoffeecoffeecoffeecoffee! On to the news.

Nada. It's Sunday.
Dormitorianity
Today in the room of fourth floor commonality, Dean was making breakfast, while Hunter . . . who's Hunter? I don't know him . . . Hunter practiced sneak attacks. Is Hunter a ninja? Is that why I don't know him? Neil, who I do know, helped by making bacon. Hopefully not an entire pack. Setsuna lent the scene a foreign flair by making tea, which makes sense, because a whole bunch of us aren't American, though not all not-Americans drink tea, by the way, and then she and Marco debated the relative merits of tea versus soda.
I vote soda.
BOOTY-LICIOUS CARGO PANTS!
Just making sure you're still listening.
Marco then pet Hunter--which really isn't that appropriate for a common room, is it? I mean, I like the dirty stuff as much as the next girl, but in the middle of the common room?--and Dean told him about Alec's aversion to kittens. . . . Oh. OH. Hunter is a kitten. It's all clear, now. Ranma, who's the biggest weirdo, EVER, and that's saying something at this school, is freaked out by the kitten and jumps into Setsuna's arms. To each their own, I guess. Then he ran away. Tori, my little sib despite her being two years ahead of me, school-wise, admires Hunter and then meets Setsuna. Ami and Setsuna have tea, and Ami tells her about how she developed a boyfriend. Like that's some kind of STD? She then toasts the good life with Dean, and meets Tori.
This evening, in commonarium number two, Kawalsky has PIZZA. No, I'm not being overly excited by this, that's actually how it's written here in the notes. Zero is all girl-shaped again and gossips with Kawalsky, who teased Faithful about his drunken radio butterflies, and asked Alanna to the dance. What dance? Oh, right, the Valentines dance. That was fun, last year. Pippi and I ended up in the park looking for the--well, long story that ended happily ever after, the end. Liz came for the pizza and stayed for the straightening of Kawalsky in regards to class. Don't ask, I don't know. Zero went for confuscation and asked Liz for the swoo. I don't know what swoo is? But that has to be the best word, ever.
Swoo.
SWOOOOOOOO.
Say it with me, everybody! Swoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
Then an ohemgeedoubleyouteeeffpolarbear showed up and was told not to drink all the coke. Only in Fandom. And, I guess, on coke ads. Said polar bear gets Zero to open its coke, which I would say is dirty, except, ew, bear, then talks to Faithful, who apparently speaks Bear? Or the bear speaks Cat? Ami was scared of the bear, but it offered her a coke, and all was well.
Seriously, are we getting possessed by TV ads, now? Is the polar bear going to teach the world to sing in perfect harmony?
Swoo.
In non-common news, Demyx apparently has issues with making a dildo cozy . . . dude, those things are far much more fun when they're warm. Trust me on that, Demyx, my friend. John and Aeryn talk about headaches and if those keep up, John, seriously, you might want to get them checked out. Because they could turn into comatosity and badness. I've been there, I know. The Gomez brothers, Fandom's own stereotypical south of the border seranaders, put up posters to advertise themselves. They do a killer rendition of "Secret Asian Man". I don't know why people feel the need to have whole songs about people from Asia who have secrets, but maybe that's just me. Lana tells Wyatt that she's going after Phoebe . . . didn't I say last week that she went with Bel to the Underworld?
I'm going on the record right now as saying that I think this might be a bad idea, Lana. Just so's you know.
Blair and River get cuddlicious after their trip, Turtle hides in her shell--er--room, Cedric and Isabel have coffee and bagels, and Susan-Peter hides in a stairwell. What's everyone hiding from? I'll have to ask Cassie, since she's the one who found Susan-Peter. Cally got a phone call and then got presents from her roommate, Sam, Cedric, and Isabel bring Jack back to his room, which I think is mighty kind of them, Pam and Jim talk about secrets that are spelled wrong, Tori makes plans for the day of hearts and flowers, and Parker knows how to use a phone. Good for her.
EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD CHEESECAKE!
Still with me? We're almost done.
Townaria
Out on the town, Aziraphale and Dr. Wilson were all snuggly at home, and Lana stopped by for a visit. Xander didn't seem to have anyone to snuggle with over at the apartment building that I can't pronounce, but he did get a visit from a chinese-food-bearing-Parker, which is almost as good. Oh! But wait, there was at least some huggling of the Bridge variety before Parker showed. Yay!
Sunday Brunch was the happening place today, visited by Agatha, Aiden, Byron, Rosette, and Walter. Sam hit up the Perk to talk to John about visions--I feel your pain, Sammy--Setsuna dropped in on Samanderic (that's the twins, remember?) over at Sparky Repairs, and a whole bunch of people got back from some trip that I don't know anything about. Not my need to know, I guess.
Cally and Mac played some pool over at the Devil's Nest, Caritas hosted a drunken GOB, and Sam and Parker brought Jack to the clinic this morning. You okay, Jack? Fortunately, the clinic was quiet this evening.
And that's it for tonight, folks. Good night, sleep tight, and watch out for gremlin bites.
. . .
SUPER HAPPY AMERICAN FUN TIME DANCE TIME!

She totally does what Nadia told her. "Swooooooooooooooooooo." And Tori was glad no one was around to hear it.

She was completely off her nut. What else was new?
