Fandom Radio: Monday December 4th
Faithful: "I had a very awesome line for an opening, but now I forgot."
Aly: "I'm surprised on two levels."
Faithful: "Oh hush"
Aly: "I could, but that defeats the purpose of radio."
Faithful: "I remember now: this weekend was all Alec's fault. Completely and totally."
Aly: "You're going to need to explain that"
Faithful: "Well, he said that it was too boring around here. And then trolls attacked. So it's all his fault."
Aly: "It doesn't actually work that way, Faithful. Unless Alec summoned the trolls"
Faithful: "I like my logic."
Aly: "You're a cat. Which means it's only tangentially related to logic."
Faithful: "News now?"
Aly: "We can't just make it up like usual?"
Faithful: "That works too, but I read the notes and I think actually reporting the news would be as priceless as making stuff up."
School: Where we learn real logic
Aly: "If you insist. Interstellar Relations roleplayed again this week as Manticore, Colonists, and the Terrans."
Faithful: "Classes here spend more time playing than studying. Oooh, string. Ahem, anyway. Prophecy is doing planning for the pageant. You poor shmucks. Walter promises to take photos of naked Anders. Please don't show them to me. Bel confesses that he was in the closet to Anders. Dean and Blair plan costumes. Again: you poor shmucks. Or maybe it's the audience that's poor, actually. Marty and Blair try to get out the pageant. Ha!"
Aly: Pop Culture works on their final projects. Zuko's includes just talking to himself. Cross Species Communications ...does absolutely nothing. So Door sleeps until Mary Poppins sends her home."
Faithful: "Spanish talks about what happened this weekend. Trolls attacked. World History presents on World War II. Boring. Oh, and the library is open. Yay. Hear my joy."
Aly: "Office Hours are held today as it is a school day regardless of the fact we ought to have a day of celebration. Logan Cale sends an email, The has office hours. Jane and The Doctor discuss trolls and troll husbands. And I have office hours with Zuko and Charlie visiting."
Faithful: There be snickering. A lot of snickering.
Aly: "Yes, Faithful? Something to say?"
Faithful: "Nothing. Except that Aziraphale was visited by River during office hours and the office was unsuprisingly open."
The Dorms: Where Survival Leads to Mushiness
Aly: "This morning, Billy was sleeping on the couch next to the remains of his artificial leg. I think we need to ponder the double yoo-tee-eff-ness of that statement for a minute. Okay. I'm done. This afternoon, my student Setsuna looked for Jude's skateboard. Not dirty. I hope."
Faithful: "Teenagers. Everything is dirty. Ugh. Marty buys Indian food and doesn't give me any. And I don't even know what Indian food is. Angela is pro-chicken. So am I. She also teaches Cally about biryani. I'd ask, but I'm afraid someone would answer. Cally learns about chicken curry. Guess who she didn't share with? And then, to add insult to injury, Jamie shows up with three pizzas and instead of sharing with me, spills them on Marty. Smooth."
Aly: "Conner watches hockey in the Third Floor Common Room this evening. And then the walking wounded enter. Nadia back in a shoulder sling and not very happy about Conner's attempts at sympathy, Shawn who is pouty and has a cast, and finally Jude who's annoyed the Habs are playing and then trades injury stories with Nadia."
Faithful: "Bel and Phoebe wake up together. Thank you. I always wanted to know that. Cedric and Jack do something similar, only without the sleeping. I kind of hate you all. Isabel checks in on Cedric. She should also check up on Kawalsky who's walking around town. River brings Blair food. What is it with life and death situations and all the coupley aftermath?"
Aly: "Danger brings out the need for kissing? Just a possibility. Jamie missed out on the troll weekend but heard about it from Nadia before discussing Marie with Willow. Summer takes Shawn to the clinic. And Sakurazaki worries about Jude. Before looking for his skateboard presumably."
Faithful: "Willow and Peter the English are snuggly. You all are doing this to me on purpose. Weiss comes by and talks to Parker about this weekend. Trolls attacked. Not that complicated. Matilda and the twins have breakfast. Billy has a dream. Clark's mom comes to Fandom. Teddy talks on the phone. It's not a slow news day, it's a boring news day."
Aly: "Wait seriously? Let me see that." *sound of shuffling papers* "Someone's dream is news? How can you tell that? Anyway, another couple for Faithful to mock, Jack and Pretty Sam talk about the weekend. Teddy's the man of the hour with another phone call, and Boy Sam and Dawn are cute. Oh yes, last, but not least, Zero is stood up because Peter was kidnapped by Santa. I...have no words."
Faithful: "First trolls, now Santa. I love Fandom. Walter and Cally decide to try vegenism. Yay, more fish for me! Walter and Pippi get into a food fight. Poor food."
The Town: Which is now thoughtfully decorated with 100% More Troll Statues
Aly: "Our illustrious mayor Braca was out of town this weekend. Yeah, he missed out. Wilson sits in the Park, and Pippi and Draco read posters advertising for a new bodyguard. Trust me guys, it's not that fun of a job. Empire Records and the church get cleaned up by their respective employees. And nuns. The big news though, is that Apu pulls a gun on John Conner at All and Sundries."
Faithful: "What?"
Aly: "That's what the notes say. Maybe he thought John was a troll."
Faithful: "Smart. And I'm not sure who I'm talking about: Apu or John. Clark's mom goes to the hotel. Cafe Fina cleans up. I don't care! You people are so boring! Aiden checks out the damage to her business. Schordinger opens Devil's Nest. Faithful is bored. Oh wait, Peter Parker punches Santa Claus. Okay, now I'm amused."
Aly: "In Caritas, Miho lectured Jarod for getting kidnapped, and I really thought she didn't talk, but okay. And Hawkeye tells the good bartender about his no good weekend."
Faithful: "And in the clinic people leave. Except Shawn, who comes in."
Aly: "And I think that's all we have. Good night people! Go goof off and be silly."
Faithful: "Good night! And remember: it's all Alec's fault."
Aly: "It's really not. But who's going to argue with a talking cat?"
Faithful: "Exactly!"
Aly: "Go forth and put funny hats on the stone trolls now!"
Aly: "I'm surprised on two levels."
