Fandom Radio, Tuesday, October 25th

Hey, y'all! Miley Ray here again for your Tuesday morning news, so you don't get the blues, 'cause I'm… wearing new shoes!

Whatever, I haven't rhymed for a couple weeks, so we're going with that.

Classes!

In Basic Strategy, they were playing Blackjack yesterday. Ooh, I totally played that with Mamaw a few months ago. She kept winning. So annoying. They listened to the instructions, and then played. Then Marshall and Claudia started to figure out the strategy involved, and TA Kate and Mr. Lannister were totes around to talk to!

Then in Aesthetics of Word I Can't Say, they watched a movie. Jack's brother Bobby was around to talk to, too.

And then Cultural Understanding talked about death rituals. Um, that's horrible. They listened to the lecture, and Simon was all upset so Mercy had to check on him. They talked about funerals, and then Raven and Ben talked about worlds where you can predict this kind of thing, and then the teachers were around to talk to.

Finally, in the super secret boys' club, they watched movies about zombies. They had pizza and popcorn, and got to arrive and mingle -- special note from this squirrel here that there was no Weird Topher this time, in case anyone missed him – and then watched the movie, and they could talk to Rock Band Warren or Cute Tony or Mr. Lannister. Yay!

Dorm time!

Oh, okay, this is what happened. So in the afternoon, Weird Topher was in his room, eating cake in his bed surrounded by pillows. HEY, THAT'S WHERE THE COUCH CUSHIONS WENT! Dude! Not cool! But then Kenzi came by and was all, 'Dude, you gotta get away from all these pillows, man,' so he did, and they went to visit some guy named Peter. Cool story. And then later that day, Weird Topher's roommate Dave came in and saw the cake still sitting there, but no Topher.

…Dave.

Um, sorry about that, listeners! Down in Natalie's room, meanwhile, she'd just gotten back from spending the weekend at home. Tara asked her about her trip and talked about homecoming, and then Sam came by and talked about music. Oooooooooh, okay, so music. Right. The thing you need to know about music is –

*seventeen minutes of chittering, squeaking and just plain static*

– mmkay?

So then in town, we had stuff going on there too!

At the clinic, Ronan was looking for a date. Super responsible, man.

At Stark Industries, Ender and, um, Ben, his, uh, yeah, were eating Chinese food and coffee and talking about… wait. That does not just say death.

Ohhhhhh, Ben's CLASS on Death. That was Cultural Understanding, y'all.

But then the main news happened at Jeremy and Juliet's birthday party! It was at the Arms Hotel, and we were all mingling and stuff. Juliet and I talked about how awesome Hannah Montana is, which she totally is, BTW, and then Jeremy and I talked about how awesome Darling parties are. Which they so are. You guys should all have been there. Then Jeremy and Dog-Kissing Jack talked about how cool the party was and how there were moose pictures at the dance. Which I'm still not clear on the point, y'all. Sov was there in a dress and talked to Jeremy, and George was in… not a dress and talked to Juliet. Claaaaassy.

And then, OMG, the hugest news EVER – teen pop sensation Hannah Montana performed a set! It was so cool. Like, seriously, if something that was, like, regularly cool was amped up by a factor of ten zillion, that's how cool Hannah is. I mean. Anyway. Even Dog-Kissing Jack was impressed. But… wait, does that say George wasn't? That can't be right.

Then we left presents and we could talk to Jeremy and Juliet if we wanted. Sov wished Juliet a happy birthday, and Jeremy and Juliet talked about the psychic in a tent yesterday – seriously, what was up at that? Apparently he told Juliet that she was going to marry Robert Pattinson. Hey. You could do a lot worse. And then George told Jeremy she was older than him. Niiiice.

At Fandom Fish 'n Bait, there were lobsters running around the store. Then at The Perk, Jaina was there with her datapad, and at The Devil's Nest, Jack had a sign up about how he doesn’t care that people were born. That's mean!

And finally at Café Luke's, Vincent decorated with all these squashes and gourds. Dog-Kissing Jack came by, with his dog, actually, and they talked about how weird Fandom is. C'mon, you guys. And then Troy came over and tried the ravioli and thought it was awesome. Ooh, now I want some.

Okay, folks, that's all for today! Remember to tune in next time for WTFH Fandom Radio. 'Till then, have a great week! XOXO!

"Seriously?! I DO NOT KISS DOGS!" Jack shouted because Miley could totally hear that. Yes.

As Dave listened to radio, he couldn't help but wonder if it was just his imagination or if he actually did hear his name repeated quietly.

He wasn't sure if it meant he was hearing things... or something else.
