Hey, y'all! Miley Ray here again, bringing you the news of what you were up to yesterday, 'cause I care. And 'cause these squirrels are much more aggressive than the ones in Tennessee.
For one, the ones in Tennessee don't drink apple juice. That's apple juice, right?
So here we go!
Up at school, Aesthetics of Word I Can't Say ate some comfort food. Oooh! Was there southern fried chicken and mac and cheese and bacon? 'Cause if there wasn't, I would not be comforted. I'm just sayin'. Students got to have baked goods, and Mr. Bond and my big sib's little sib, Bobby, was around to talk to. Hey, Bobby!
Then in Cultural Understanding, the teachers talked about different cultural dynamics in their families. They could show off stuff that represents family to them, I guess like secrets or fake mustaches or pictures of meeting the queen together, and then they talked about what family means. Aww! That's really cute, you guys! And then the teachers were around to talk to.
In Creative Arts, which is so my favorite class, we did abstract art yesterday. Cute Tony was around and reportedly doing better than usual, which is probably because we had music on and music helps inspire you. That's a scientific fact! And Mr. Rogers was around, and I think George was having a hard time, so she talked to him. I'm really sorry, George. Feel better!
Then in Basic Strategy, Mr. Lannister had students teach each other stuff. They were given partners to talk to, and the TA, Kate, was around to talk to. She also talked to Mr. Lannister about sparring with her brother and talking to, uh, it says Jamie Not The Scary One. So I guess a different Jamie than… whoever's usually scaring the squirrels.
Oookay.
Also, in the school office, the staff was all sad that they got paperwork about people not liking the squirrels.
*angry chittering*
I don't know why people wouldn't like you guys! You're so sweet and tin – OW!
That was mean!
Say you're sorry. Right now!
*reluctant, timid chittering*
Thank you.
Ahem.
Then, in the park, the boys' frat that I guess I'm allowed to talk about had one of their meetings, and it was to ride go-karts. Sounds fun! My BFF Lilly would so love that. The guys arrived, and Ben wanted to know why Crazy Topher had a black eye, and it was apparently not Cute Tony, but someone whose name starts with K. Just in case any of y'all were wondering. Then the guys played with their go-karts and rode them and all that, and the club heads were around to talk to. Also, Crazy Topher talked to Cute Tony about not hanging out with blonde girls anymore because they're bad for science. Hey! That is so rude. I mean, I'm not blonde, hello, but girls can be good at science! And Lilly was my partner on a science project once! Just because I had to ditch her because Jesse McCartney asked me out doesn't mean –
Uh.
BRB.
*two minutes full of an all-squirrel radio show of a Shakespearean tragedy*
Okay, back, sorry! Hi! What were we talking about again? Oh, yeah. Cute Tony! So Rosella stopped by wearing a fake mustache, which, BTW, I know where you can get really good ones, Rosella. Come see me. And Mr. Lannister was there 'cause he's the faculty advisor, and Rock Band Warren told him he could ride go-karts too.
Dorms!
So Luke The Bully was in his room watching TV when Katniss came by to get all distracted from something. Then in her room, Natalie was drinking coffee and studying German, and Cute Sam wanted to talk about spirituality and religion and I guess probably Jesus, because that fits the theme.
*chittering*
No? But why –
*chittering*
Riiiiight. So then Petra who is SO NICE AND NOT SCARY AT ALL was in her room listening to Lady Gaga and knitting. Mercy came by to ask about what she was making – it's a scarf – and said she doesn't know anything about knitting but she does know about cars. Which is… different from knitting. SUPER GENEROUS KENZI came by, too, and asked what Petra thought of the music – she was playing it in her room, so I'm guessing she likes it, just a hint, um, hi, Kenzi, you're really nice – and then they talked about how Toby wouldn't let Petra buy her new shoes but I guess Petra's fit him just fine which is a little weird, and then they talked about therapy.
Uh?
And finally in the third floor common room, Bobblehead Jack was watching Storage Area 15 and wondering why it seems familiar.
And finally, town time!
Angelica went running with the horses at The Gig, which, did you know that's not where we have to keep our horses if we're students? My daddy just told me that! Oops. I've been paying for BlueJeans to live there and there's a free stable on campus! Check that out, y'all.
At the clinic, someone named Ronan was looking up colleges when someone named Izzy stopped by and they hugged and talked about being students. Which I guess was a loooong time ago.
And at the Devil's Nest, which, BTW, I am still not sure what it is, Jack was alphabetizing! Well, that's always nice. It is good to be organized! And Eric was given a package. From K. Who's K? Did K punch Crazy Topher?
Mysteries, y'all.
So that's all the news we've got for today, everybody! Till next time, remember to brush your teeth, charge your phones, and tune in bright and early on Tuesday for more of the WTFH news! Catch ya later!
