WTFH Fandom Radio, Thursday, September 8th

Hey! Put me down!

*thud*

...ow. Okay, there are actually squirrels in the radio booth. I thought that was a joke. Aren't you guys supposed to offer me rum now, or something?

*possessive, angry chittering*

Alternatively, I could just read these notes and we'll all forget I ever mentioned it. Where the hell does a squirrel get a switch-blade, anyway?

Hello everyone, I'm Lex Luthor and I've been kidnapped by squirrels to bring you the news.

Let's see, first up, we have School business, with Elle taking over Strange Creatures of the Deep for Summer, and showing a movie that was probably more fun than educational. One class which was highly educational was Tricks, Cons and Bamboozles, wherein students got a crash course in anatomy when Professor Caffery turned back into a human from a cat with only a fedora to preserve his dignity, but not before horrifying Miley, which Kenzi teased her about before they both deciding that for a teacher he's on the cute side. Can't really argue with that. There was discussion on the actual subject of the class, and Kenzi returned Neal's phone after he dressed and actually had pockets for it.

The Arts of War and Peace sadly forewent teacherly nudity, instead lecturing about the different kinds of war, the five factors that go into laying plans, and then got the class to discuss which was the most important.

Over in the class with far too long a name, Jamie was cranky because his students didn't commit identity fraud, and decided to fail them. They also have to create duplicates to build a pillow fort. As you do. Annie's duplicates took a dislike to Karla's and started a catfight...is it too late to change classes? One of Karla's not fighting dupes tried to give Claudia advice only to find out her interests are more mercantile than martial, meanwhile Scully wanted Claudia to take her dupes off her hands. Karla's dupes really got around with one making Ben stammer by trying to play with his lightsaber, and another flirted shamelessly with Warren's dupes. Claudia the TA took a break from warehouse building to give Jamie a bunch of random objects and get another scavenger hunt list to fill.

Gabrielle was in the Library, trying to find the source of an ominous rustling noise when Annie dropped in on the campaign trail to meet the voters, and press the flesh.

Pinkie Pie was in her office composing on her giant keyboard...are you sure she's not a mass hallucination? Miley came in to apologise for missing class, and left as TA.

Which brings us over to the Dorms, where Ender ate apples and watched cultural documentaries in the Second Floor Common Room. Kenzi realised he was Peter's brother, but instead of politics he's more interested in living in a Shakespearean space colony, I hope it takes after the comedies, or that's not going to end well. Speaking of things that won't end well, Kenzi also met Wesley down in the Shooting Range where he taught her how to fire a gun.

Jack Carter was in his room, when he discovered Annie campaigning on his computer. That's dedication for you. Also in their rooms were Peter, who was smugly writing when he smugly took a phone call that left him even more smug, and Lucrezia, who sent a letter home by dove, which hopefully neglected a few important facts about her living situation.

Petra was up in the Fifth Floor Common Room, doing her nails and watching the television. Tara was confused about fake engagements and making out with bags, then told Petra she's a witch. That wasn't very nice. Girl Sam wanted to watch another show, and then attempted suicide by boiling a can of soup without removing it from the can first. Bruce had Petra explain the plot to him, and received an offer to paint his nails, while Hanna approved of Petra's choice of colours and explained her own current nails as being due to a wedding.

Finally we have the Town, where Hank got into a fight with a panda at Turtle & Canary and ended up covered in Squishy. Okaaaay. Over at Stark Industries, William had to deal with disappearing circuit boards. The Arms Hotel saw Quinn dealing with a mass of cold-turkey nicotine addicts, and discussing student politics and Kenzi with Wesley.

Boy Sam was brooding and skateboarding on the Boardwalk, when Kate showed up to tease him about his last accident. He also ran into a jogging Natalie and they talked about the joys of junk-food.

Chloe was on duty at the Clinic, which mainly involved messing around on her laptop as she tried to ignore the nurses complaining about their cigarettes. While over at Caritas-

*wee squirrelly sobs*

- Nathan was behind the bar with ice cream, but none for Tino due to an unfortunate 'accident'. Ben took Tony out for post-radio drinks, tequila to be exact. I bet they're regretting that this morning.

Which brings us to the end of the broadcast, so to everyone out there listening, this is Lex Luthor, signing off for the first and hopefully last time.
